Perfectly appointed for up to 3 guests, this carriage house is fully equipped for all you may need on your Seaside vacation including a full kitchen and laundry closet. Combined with a premier location in Seaside, this beautiful cottage is calling your name.

Enter through the Queen suite for a comfortable and restful sleep. The first floor also features a full bath and the private laundry closet. The second floor includes your living area, dining area, and full kitchen. The dining table is also great to use as a workspace when needed, and the home includes wifi and cable. There is even a private balcony to enjoy time al fresco.

Located 75 yards to the Tupelo Beach Access and 3 blocks to the center of Seaside with plenty of dining and shopping options. You are also only 2 blocks to the Seaside Adult Pool! This home is wonderful for honeymoons or weekend getaways.

Great long weekend at the beach

This is a lovely 1 bd, 1 ba (both downstairs), two-level cottage. Everything was clean and looked new-ish, from the tiles in the shower to the dishwasher. My only negative comment is that there is zero space to put groceries for me ppl like me who pack food and only eat out occasionally. I had to put the toaster and coffee makers under the sink in order to clear up some counter space. But that is a minor issue compared to the cleanliness and safety of the cottage, which is a short walk to the beach access and a quick bike ride (or walk) to everything else that Seaside has to offer. Customer service was first-rate, too.

Perfect Stay

This was by far one of my favorite places to stay in Seaside! I have probably stayed in at least 20 different homes over the years. Spice was perfectly decorated, clean, updated and the location was amazing. The owners recommended that we use the their balcony to watch the sunset and they were very friendly! Really easy check in too. Will definitely be staying here again! Loved it so much!

Great Rental and absolutely loved our stay!! Location was perfect. I would rent this unit again and again however the mattress is horrible. Yes it appears new but it’s a cheap clearance warehouse mattress. Soft to the touch on the surface but hard and stiff as a board. Maybe it’s just me but for a rental unit this nice, I anticipate a good nights sleep on a bed not a board ... Replace the mattress and we will be back.

SPICE VACATION

Spice is a great location for 2 adults. It's a 1 block to the private beach and about 3 blocks to town square of Seaside. We have stayed here 4 times. Exclusive 30 A was quick to respond to an appliance issue. 5 Stars!

Spring Break 2023 - Seaside Spice #90

Cottage was quaint and charming. My wife and I enjoyed our 4 nights. It is perfect for 2 people. Be aware if staying during Spring Break that if the surrounding rentals are occupied that it can be very loud in the evening hours. The location is a perfect walk to the beach as well as the restaurants and shops of Seaside.

Spice Did Not Disappoint!

My wife and I stayed in Spice for a week and had a wonderful get away! The carriage house is the perfect size for two people. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom small but had shelf space and hooks to accommodate all our toiletries, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the full size refrigerator a bonus. The location was very close to the beach and the square. I would highly recommend this carriage house for a stay for two!

Great Location

We have stayed here 3x....Exclusive 30A does a great job at responding to questions and concerns. This rental needs an upgrade to couch (new cushions) and better kitchen chairs. Everything else is great and super clean!

Well-provisioned and comfortable

We loved this unit. The location is fantastic - close to the action in Seaside (three blocks), but far enough not to be noisy. It is a two-minute walk to the private beach, with easy, gated access. We like the beaches on Seaside's Eastern side because there's more space for private chairs, than some of the areas on the Western side. The unit also is two blocks from the private Seaside fitness center and one of the Seaside pools.

The unit is well-provisioned and clean. We loved having a full-size refrigerator/freezer, especially in a unit this size. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed, except wine glasses and a working blender. But Exclusive 30A quickly brought a new blender and wine glasses. The washer/dryer also is a great plus. The outdoor grill is in good condition and there's adequate outdoor lighting to see while grilling in the evening. It also was nice having an outdoor shower to banish the sand before we went inside.

The bedroom is small, but well furnished with enough drawers for storage. The closet could use some additional hangars, but we failed to request them. The bed was comfortable enough.

The bathroom is small, but well-lit, and it has plenty of hooks and shelves, which helped with toiletry storage. The shower is tight, but it has fantastic water pressure and was very clean. There also is a full-length mirror on the inside of the washer/dryer closet door.

The only shortcoming was the unit had a muted odor of cigarette smoke. Clearly some inconsiderate renters have smoked inside at some point. While we noticed the odor whenever we returned to the unit, our sense of smell adjusted after a few minutes to the point where we didn't notice it. In fairness to Exclusive 30A, we didn't mention this issue, as we assumed there was little they could do to mitigate against it while we were in residence.

Overall, this is a great unit which we would rent again.

Spice cottage in Seaside

Seaside 1 BR cottage rental. Charming, romantic and perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple. Great location! Loved it. Enjoyed Seaside School run, the beach and Great Southern Cafe. Did NOT enjoy Bud and Alley’s....awful gumbo and service ��
