The home is only 75 yards to the Coquina pool. If you are planning a wedding in Rosemary, this is the ideal home for the bridal family.

- Concierge services including beach chair rentals, baby equipment rentals, grocery delivery, and private chefs available. Ask for details!
- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee

Perfect Location & Wonderful Views

We stayed here with my wife and her family and had a wonderful time. We spent time on the balcony in the mornings and evenings enjoying the amazing view of the ocean and the sunset. We loved the proximity to the beach and were able to use the chairs and umbrella provided at the house. The property comes with bikes as well and we thoroughly enjoyed riding them around Rosemary. At night we loved being able to watch movies on the giant smart tv upstairs to wind down at the end of the day. This home has so many amazing King suites and we loved the number of bathrooms throughout. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to planning our next trip to Rosemary Beach.

An Excellent Choice

This property is in a great location with close access to both the beach and the best pool in Rosemary. The house is 3 stories with the top story being two QUEEN bunk beds and a large bathroom. The first two stories are equipped with ice makers which is a LARGE bonus. Two Dishwashers and two ovens with a great cooktop. There is games, books, and beach toys that are left behind from other users that were nice to have. We really enjoyed the bikes that were located at the rental. The customer service was awesome and we will definitely recommend to others.

Great home in a great location!

Our group of 11 (3 generations; kids from 11-17 years old) had a lovely time at the Rosemary Renaissance! The house had more than enough space for all of us to spread out. The fact that there were king size beds in all rooms (excpet the bunk room) was amazing! The bunk room itself was also very cool. Four queen beds in there for our three boys (11, 11 and 13) was perfect. It could clearly have fit a few more kids if needed! The kitchen was well very stocked. We absolutely loved how there were two dishwashers, ovens, fridges. It made shopping, cooking and clean up for 11 people a breeze! The only minor complaint is that it would have been very nice to have a grill in the courtyard for easy meals. There was an ice machine in the pantry (and one upstairs in the wet bar off the living room)! I have rented in many places and have never had an ice machine. That was truly the perk I didn’t realize I needed! Happy hour and water bottle filling couldn’t have been easier! The d�cor in the house is lovely, peaceful, calming. You can tell it is decorated by an interior designer. In terms of location, you cannot get better. We were two houses from the beach and three houses from the pool. Everyone could come and go as they pleased. It would have been nice to have a few more keys to the beach. We only had 4 keys and 11 people. Not unmanageable, but would have been good to have a few more. Since it is also right on the green, the kids could go out and play whenever they wanted (other than when there is a massive wedding on the green as there was for a day or two when we were there. It wasn’t a big deal. We actually loved having a front row seat from the 2nd floor balcony to all the set up, take down and festivities). We also could walk to the square in about 4-5 minutes and to Starbucks (for the teenagers) in 7 minutes. The local Publix is also a 6 minute drive. All in all, it was a great stay and we’d be overjoyed to stay her

Location, comfort and style

Amazing location. Just steps from the ocean and gorgeous porch sunset views. Stylish design with with large bedrooms and comfortable beds and cozy furniture throughout. The two of everything kitchen was a wonderful bonus for double fridge, dishwasher needs. The open courtyard area with lights and outdoor dining table are one of the wonderful highlights of this home. There are intimate spaces as well as extra spaces off the upstairs that allow for more privacy, if needed. The private garages were nice for bike and car storage. We loved our stay here and will definitely rent again.

Rosemary

Beautiful home only steps to Rosemary Beach with fabulous beach view from 2nd story. We loved staying here and thoroughly enjoyed the porch with beautiful view of the gulf. The main living space is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and offers great entertainment features with oversized HDTV and a stereo system with option to play music throughout the house. The bedrooms all have very comfortable beds and lovely decor.
The charming sitting area in the kitchen was wonderful to enjoy morning coffee and socialize while prepping meals. The location is great for walking or biking two blocks into Rosemary town center for lunch, dinner and shopping. The proximity to the beach and pool are perfect as the house is only steps away from both. The home is ideal for family with small kids who will likely enjoy the courtyard park, facing the the gulf, where there is wonderful green space to play and relax.
