Booking Notes
- Nightly and weekly rates available year-round (seasonal minimums apply)
- Reservation requests are confirmed within 24 hours of booking
- Guests must be 25+ years old to reserve and must occupy the home during the stay
- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee
***Pets are welcome with prior approval by Exclusive 30A. Please request your pet’s stay at time of reservation. Payment of our non-refundable pet fee must be paid at time of approval.***
