Welcome to 3 Seas! This designer home is in the beautiful neighborhood of Prominence, noted for its fabulous community amenities. These include a fitness center, 2 community pools, (north side 30A pool is heated during cooler months), free shuttle service to the Santa Clara beach access (during summer season), and next to tons of shopping, dining, and entertainment @ The Big Chill (formerly The Hub).

This spacious and beautiful home features a king suite on the 1st floor + an additional king suite on the top floor - a perfect setup if vacationing w/ grandparents. A king guest room and bunk room w/ sleeping for 4 in extra-long twin bunks round out the sleeping arrangements.

Enjoy how convenient it is to get to the beach at Deer Lake State Park, thanks to complimentary use of 4 Taxi bikes. Deer Lake was recently renovated to include lots of parking + updated restrooms. Bike or drive to the beach access in under 5min (nominal daily entrance fees for the park do apply and are subject to change). Additional beach access is available to the East of the home at the Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access - only 5min drive or bike ride from the home.

- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee
- Golf Cart daily and weekly rentals are only available through 30A Gulf Carts as the exclusive provider for Prominence. The number of carts available at any given time is limited, and advanced reservations are recommended
