The home is also a convenient 3-minute bike ride to the stunning 30Avenue shopping district with incredible dining and shopping options, as well as outdoor entertainment during high season. As you step inside, you're greeted by an inviting atmosphere with stylish furnishings and ample natural light filtering through large windows. The open-concept layout creates a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing with loved ones. After a day of exploring the nearby beach or lounging by the community pool just across from the home, retreat to one of the beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering plush bedding and a tranquil ambiance for a restful night's sleep.

Be sure to plan time to explore nearby Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park. Rent kayaks or YOLO boards for a once in a lifetime experience of adventuring on a freshwater fed lake which flows directly into the Gulf. Only a handful of places on Earth have this ecosystem.
