Come enjoy some Southern Charm! Our designer home is only a 2 minute stroll to Camp Watercolor and a 5 minute bike ride to the Watercolor Beach Club. Southern Charm will make you feel right at home while you enjoy your wonderful Watercolor vacation.

With all designer interiors, this renovated home combines comfort and chic style for a luxurious beach vacation. You will be ideally located next to the famed Camp Watercolor, where you can enjoy the lazy river, jumbo slides, lap pool, and zero entry kids pool. Access is included with your reservation. The adjacent park is the perfect spot for a pickup soccer game, picnic, or a game of catch. And don't forget about the playground for the kids and young at heart!

All suite bedrooms ensure your family has the personal space they need when it is time to rest. And the kids will go nuts for the top floor kids suite, featuring two built in twin over full bunks and decor with kids in mind. Adults will enjoy the covered balcony with daybed swing and cafe table for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Or afternoon are on vacation.

Southern Charm Features
- Complimentary use of a 6 seater golf cart - must be at least 21 and a licensed/insured driver. Golf cart is provided for use within Watercolor neighborhood only and not to be driven out of Watercolor

Great House!

We loved our stay here! Loved the house set up with the 2 bedrooms downstairs and large play room/bunk room upstairs for the kids. It was perfect for our family of 5, plus grandparents, but would also be perfect with 2 families with kids. Upstairs bunk room sleeps up to 7 in beds, plus 2 HUGE bean bags that my kids wanted to sleep on 🙂 Short walk to Camp Watercolor pools, big soccer field, and basketball court which was great for the kids! Only small complaint is that there's no pantry, so nowhere to put food other than using counter space, but the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need for cooking. Overall, excellent spot and we hope to be back!

Beautiful House

Southern Hospitality

Home was amazing for our small group. House was clean and well laid out. Golf cart was very handy and bikes were a necessity (one more would make it perfect). Book needs to be updated with current pool times - there is a separate time for homeowners and guests.

Perfect for a family

We had a wonderful stay. We had six kids with us and it was a great location. They could bike, walk to basketball court and pools, and the grassy space where they played volleyball and soccer.

Family of Four plus Grandparents

Our family and my parents spent a supersized weekend at this home and it was great; this home is updated, has a great location, and comes with a much needed golf cart. I have two points of feedback: 1) The listing on my app mistakenly had two king beds down listed, which was disappointing when we arrived and it was one king and one queen down. Mistakes happen. The management company said they'd update the listing when I notified them and sent them screen shots. Not an insurmountable issue, but disappointing nonetheless. 2) The television up is the largest in the home. The television in the main room down is not overly large, which if I owned the home I'd consider upgrading the main television as it was college football season when we stayed! However, looking back this home served us well for our four night stay and I'd book it long as my parents took the queen bed. Ha!

Family vacation

My family recently stayed here with my parents. My mom had a hip replacement a few weeks ago so she appreciated having the bedroom on the first floor. My husband and I stayed in the upstairs suite near our kids. This rental is conveniently located around the corner from Camp Watercolor and just down the road from Publix. The cleaners did a good job and we did not have any issues during our stay.

30a charm

This home oozes 30a charm. It has big, beautiful bedrooms. The bathrooms are really nice too. We could all gather comfortably in the living-dining space. My kids loved sitting at the counter and helping to serve meals. They also loved the dedicated kid space. We could walk to Camp Watercolor but it was convenient to have the golf cart to lug all our stuff. We'll be back!

Superb time

Our new favorite place to stay in Watercolor

This is officially our new favorite place to stay in Watercolor. The home is the embodiment of 30a cottage style. The neighborhood is lovely. We could walk to Camp Watercolor or hop on the golf cart and be at the Beach Club in minutes! The interior design was very stylish. Every bedroom had a bathroom so getting ready in the morning or cleaning up after the beach was a breeze. With 10 of us in the house, we did not feel cramped at all. The kids had their own space upstairs so we could have grown-up time without any worry. We prepared most of our meals in the home. It's close to Publix and the kitchen had everything we needed. We plan to book again next summer.

Great experience

We had a great experience with Exclusive 30A. It was easy to book and there was great communication about check-in, check-out, and all throughout our stay. The rental was clean and beautifully decorated. Great Watercolor location!! We could hop on the golf cart and be at the Beach Club in just a few minutes. We will stay again in the future!!

Gorgeous Home

This home was immaculate! Clean, comfortable and gorgeous. The kids loved the bunk room. We loved hanging out on the porch in the evening with a glass of wine. It was easy to get everyone and all our stuff back and forth between Camp Watercolor with the complimentary golf cart.
