Welcome to a whole new world! Mermaid's Manor is an incredible designer home directly on Cerulean Park, adjacent to Western Lake, and a quick 3 minute walk to the Watercolor Beach club. This 4,360 square foot home is perfectly planned for large families to enjoy time together while relishing in all the best 30A and Watercolor has to offer.

All new bathrooms for 2024! Incredible spa quality bathrooms have been renovated for 2024 with marble tiles and upscale fixtures throughout the home. You will enjoy a private spa feeling in all of the suites. (pictures coming April 2024)

Mermaid's Manor is the ideal location for anyone having a Watercolor wedding! This home is footsteps to all the popular spots in Watercolor - the Watercolor Beach Club and beach entrance, shopping and dining at Wine World, Sunday farmers markets, events at Marina Park, kayak and YOLO rentals at the Boat House, and Western Lake.

Nightly and Weekly rates available all other times with seasonal minimums. Reservation requests are subject to confirmation based on departure day. You will be called within 24 hours of booking request to confirm reservation request.

We've Found our Dream Watercolor House and Rental Agency!

Mermaid's manor, 81 Watercolor Blvd. W., was a TOTALLY awesome home. A 2-3 minute walk to the Beach Club, with the park across the street, beautiful front porches on two levels that extended your living space, a HUGE kitchen with top notch appliances (including an ice machine), and so much Le Creuset cookware that you could spend the day baking and roasting. Everything was top notch. Everything was in good repair. Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children ages 5 and under) stayed in the main house and no one needed the carriage house. There were three twin beds empty in the main house. We didn't need an electric golf cart. We easily walked to the beach club and beach, rode bikes and pushed strollers to Camp Watercolor, and walked to Seaside. This is our 2nd vacation to Watercolor, and we would love to stay in this home next year. 30A was a pleasure to work with and we will DEFINITELY use 30A next year regardless of where we stay.

Wonderful house, location, everything!

This was our third year renting in watercolor and we absolutely loved mermaid manor! The house was spacious, clean, well maintained, and overall just gorgeous!!! The location was perfect for a quick bike or walk to the beach club and a bike ride to camp watercolor. 10/10 and hope to rent again!!

Best location, beautiful home!!

Our family had a great experience with Exclusive 30a and this property. We stay in Watercolor twice a year and this was the best overall experience. The home has absolutely everything you would need, decorated well and lots of space for our family of 12!
The floor plan is different with living area on 2nd floor but gives a beautiful view of Cerulan park!

Wonderful stay

Ideal for hosting events! Wide floor plan with lots of areas to hang out and relax. The kitchen was my favorite room because it is beautiful and modern looking. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and decorated well. Very near everything in Watercolor. Outdoor seating areas were great for catching a breeze or soaking in the 30A sun. It took a few minutes to the nearest beach.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in the best location! The home we usually rent was not available this year but we have absolutely no regrets about booking here. It was clean, sparkling actually!! The beds were much more comfortable than the typical rental. We could get to the Beach Club in 5 minutes. We had never rented YOLO boards before but our kids were old enough and the Boathouse was so close. They loved it!! They also liked having "grownup" bedrooms. This will be a better fit for us as they get older. Five stars!!

We had a fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay. This property is very large and open. It is on the park and very convenient to get everywhere. The decor combines natural and modern finishes in a comfortable way. It's hard to explain but very nice! The beds and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. It was tough to find street parking over spring break for our party's second vehicle.

Great Park District Rental

Mermaid Manor

I was skeptical when my wife told me that she wanted to rent a place called Mermaid Manor but it was actually a very nice place to stay. The daybed on the porch was a comfortable place for my afternoon nap after spending all morning at Camp Watercolor. I think I'm more worn out after this vacation than I was before but it was worth it. We all had a great time.
