Welcome to Just For Fun! This well appointed carriage house is ideally located across from the Westside Pool (the largest pool in Seaside) and a short 3 min walk to Odessa Beach Access. Located at the end of a dead-end street which borders Watercolor, adding to a private atmosphere.

Just for Fun Carriage House offers all of the amenities of a larger Seaside home - 2 full baths, full kitchen, in unit washer + dryer, living room, dining area, and outdoor dining on a private porch. You won't find anything else like this in Seaside! Start your day at the beach, stroll up to the pool, and arrive back home in time for lunch and afternoon naps. Finish the day w/ another swim at the Westside pool, sunset on the beach, and then grab dinner at Seaside Food Trucks.

A family vacation isn't complete w/out your beloved pup. Pet-friendly for non-shedding dogs 40 pounds or lighter and payment of a non-refundable pet fee. (Must be approved prior to arrival by Exclusive 30A. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction without refund).

Want some extra space? Ask about adding the private main house w/ sleeping for 8 to your stay. The main house and carriage house are rented separately, and there is a high likelihood another guest with a pet will be in the main house during your stay.

-3 Minute Walk to the Odessa Beach access - passes included for private Seaside beach entrances with your reservation. Please notify the reservationist of the total number of people in your party so passes can be delivered for your arrival.
-Across from the Westside Pool - the largest pool in Seaside. Access included with your reservation

-Parking for 1 vehicle - parallel spots are available in front of the home on a first come, first serve basis as is all community parking in Seaside
