Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund minus the $175 processing fee.  Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made between 120 - 30 days of the arrival date forfeit 50% of the full reservation deposit and the $175 processing fee.  Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 30 days of the arrival date forfeit the full reservation deposit.  Cancellation after check in or early departure is not eligible for any refund of rent or deposit.
