Perfectly designed for multi-generational family vacations, this spacious home features 5 deluxe king suites plus a bunk room. There are multiple dining tables, an expansive kitchen with double refrigerators and dishwashers, plenty of parking, TVs everywhere, a fenced-in AstroTurf backyard with private pool, and convenient to the best shopping and dining on 30A in Rosemary Beach and 30Avenues. You can even bring your pup with you!

Coming down for a tournament, marathon or Jazzfest? The home is an easy 15-minute drive to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. The whole team can stay in this house!

Splurge and set up grocery delivery so that fridges are stocked when you arrive. Need a crib? That can be rented and set up in the house before you get there. Want to really impress the in-laws? Have a catered beach bonfire at the nearby Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access or organize a charted fishing cruise.

Lots of outdoor living space, including a sundeck by the pool, covered porches with luxury loungers, and terrific views of the Gulf. Enjoy the outdoor cooking area with grill and dine outdoors under the covered patio. When it's time to do laundry, HE washer and dryers are located on both the 2nd and 3rd floor!

The home has a total of 8 bedrooms. We are offering the home at a special price for use of only 5 king suites and a bunk room. The other bedrooms will be locked off during your stay, but you will have access to the rest of the home. Only your party will be staying at the home.
