This beautifully landscaped park is one of the most cherished locations in Watercolor. You can hear the famous fountain from the screened-in porch!

Nestled on Cerulean Park you will be thrilled to feed your need for relaxation at this wonderful condo. Only 2 blocks to the Watercolor Beach Club, 2 blocks to the Boathouse Pool, and near shopping and dining, you may never need to get in your car while still being able to enjoy the best Watercolor and 30A has to offer. Walk to the Beach Club in 400 footsteps! Access included with your reservation as well as access to Camp Watercolor and all other community pools.
