The second floor has an open living/kitchen/dining area, the master suite, and another full bathroom. The third floor is perfect for an extra bedroom, playroom, or media room. The separate carriage house boasts a full kitchen and open floor plan. The two buildings are surrounded by lush landscaping and a patio, making this home a great vacation home.

Walk or bike to Seaside, WaterColor or Grayton Beach, where you can shop at quaint boutiques, dine al fresco at award-winning restaurants or play outdoors in the gorgeous green spaces. Feeling more adventurous? Use your paddle boards or kayaks and explore the open waters of the Gulf or Western Lake. This prime location allows you to experience the beauty of Florida's Emerald Coast!
