We are in love with Dogwood Delight! This recently renovated and redecorated home on a huge double lot is perfect for large families plus their pup to reunite for a luxury vacation experience. Only 1 block to the Dogwood/Thyme beach entrance and a 2 minute bike ride to shopping and dining in Seaside. You are so close to the beach, you can see the crystal blue waters from the balcony! This spacious home, both inside and out, welcomes you for a chic and comfortable vacation in historic Seagrove.

Dogwood Delight Features
- Private Pool on a huge double lot - pool heating included for all reservations October - April
- Landscaped and fenced in yard. The double lot offers more privacy without another home immediately next door.
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
-1 Block to Dogwood/Thyme Beach Access. Beach service by VacayZen available at this entrance.
-1 Block to Seaside and 2 Min Bike Ride to the Seaside Shopping and Dining District. You will be close to all the popular 30A spots while still enjoying a quiet part of the neighborhood. Best of both worlds!

Great location!!!

We had the best time- perfect for two families. Nice open living area- great porches- large yard/space- pool was great. Truly one block from the beach and one block from Seaside. Not a high traffic street which was also a plus! Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location

I was more impressed with the home then I thought. It was even better in person and so close to the beach which made the trip so much more relaxing. It’s waking distance to seaside and the food trucks. I will definitely be booking again next summer. The pool was awesome too after a hot day at the beach!

Great dog friendly beachouse

We had a great time here last week with our grown kids and a little furbaby rescue. It was a perfect view of the 4th fireworks just sitting off the kitchen porch which made it easy to periodically run inside to calm our rescue's nerves. The house is located on a double lot so it affords more privacy with plenty of room for the pup to explore and do her business.
The house was immaculate* and very well equipped, including 2 grills, so no need to fight the crowds at local restaurants! But if desired, Modica's Market has the best (and the largest) homemade crabcakes and mouthwatering bakery items, among many things.
The pool was wonderful +++, especially since riptides has made ocean swimming unsafe; floats are there, if needed, and bikes are also available on the property for use.
The only changes we would have made were the mattresses on the ground level. All were extremely, extremely soft. The 2 daybeds on the top level were firm. I know mattress firmness is a matter of personal preference but just want to give a heads-up if another group is planning ahead for sleeping arrangements.
* As mentioned above, the house was immaculate and every perceived need available, at least for the first few days. There is a wonderful porch swing that we all enjoyed but would suggest that the cushions be vacuumed and any wood area be dusted. The roads aren't paved and were extremely dusty so all the porch furniture could use a weekly or, at least, a bi-monthly dusting. Overall, a great trip!

Seaside Reunion

We recently stayed at Dogwood Delight with my immediate family of 5. We were all very comfortable, including my fur babies. This home is in a great location set on a large, fenced in yard. Very convenient location just outside of Seaside. We did not get into our car once during our entire stay. We rode bikes on the trails and walked into town daily. We loved our stay.

Spring Break at Dogwood

nice place and nice location. the property management company was very responsive. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the bottom floor. FYI. Beds are very comfy and pool is nice too.

Perfect home in the heart of 30a

Short walk to the beach (practically across the street) and a few blocks down to seaside. There is a Publix a mile or two for groceries. The house is beautiful and he’s are extremely comfortable. The management company was quick to respond for anything we needed. We rented a golf cart which they delivered and picked up.
We’d definitely stay again
