The design-build team of Benecki Homes, Melanie Turner Interiors, Source, Lew Oliver, Inc. and Chase Green Built combined their talents for the amenity-filled, high-style showhome. The new Gulfside 30A sanctuary is in the gated Santimo Beach development on Elysee Court, a 20-lot neighborhood nestled between the luxury communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on scenic 30A.
