Nice modern remodel

This townhome has clean, modern upgrades. The parking is level with the first floor which makes for easy unpacking. There is a green area and beautiful landscaping right outside patio which is also same level. Beach uncrowded, near a new Publix and variety of restaurants. End unit!!

Cutest and coziest set up with best view on 30A

Cute, cozy, well decorated with amazing view looking down at the ocean. Back porch is great with a small garden and sea oats making it a great setting for great pictures. Private beach access and being right on 30A makes it a perfect vacation location. I’d give it a 10/10 except the mildew smell and the master bed being way too hard and uncomfortable.

Thank you, Jean! I'm having the home inspected and assessed so that we can take care of any mildew ASAP and provide a mattress topper for the master bed. We'd love to have you back for an even better experience next time!

Furniture not the most comfortable, no ceiling fan in master bedroom, unable to use bottom drawer of freezer, beaches are getting very crowded in this area.

Great view but a little disappointed

Loved the view and location but the beds were awful and we stayed an entire 7 days. Crazy there wasnt more than 1 roll of paper towels provided or housekeeping for as much as we paid. Other(smaller) rentals we have stayed in in 30a left us wine and more kitchen essentials and this was a HUGE vacation for us as we got married while there and still we werent recognized

Cathy and Ford Waters Thanksgiving 2021

The stay was amazing!! We love this place. We had one small scare of Bed Bugs. We tore everything apart and found nothing. My daughter thought see saw a few on her bed. The small bug was dead so all is well and nothing was every found. The townhouse is one of our favorite places to stay. Thanks you for having such a magical place for our family to enjoy!

The Good Life #36

This wasn't the best rental experience we've had on the Gulf coast, but it wasn't terrible by any means. The property had been recently renovated as advertised but was already showing some wear: a dehumidifier was in use to help the HVAC system; only 1 of 3 bathroom exhaust fans was operational; a deck table was rusted through and wooden deck chair was on the verge of collapse; the bed in the master bedroom was very worn and hard to sleep on; and the garbage disposal needed servicing as soon as we checked in. Most concerning was the inability to lock the sliding glass door in the back of the rental when we went to the beach. We ended up having to put jewelry, laptops, and wallets in the trunk of our car every time we went to the beach. ***The lock for that door should be immediately replaced so future renters can feel secure while away from the unit.

Everything else about the rental's amenities was fine; the master shower was very nice.

Beautiful. Just like the pictures

We were delighted with our stay. It is just like the pictures show you. Perfect for a couple, with a 2nd bedroom for 2 children or other more than 4 guests or it will feel crowded. We had a loose faucet in the kitchen. I emailed the property manager and got an quick response. It was fixed immediately. Impressive!The kitchen is small but super efficient. Great location. Minutes from everything!

Wonderful Beach House

We loved most everything about this place! The location is great and it’s so easy being just a few steps away from the beach. The house is in a nice pocket where there’s not a lot of condos or anything so it’s easy to space out on the beach without being so close to other families. The house has a great feel & vibe to it with the interior design and decorations. Liked having the complimentary bikes to ride. Our only complaint is a very small one but it didn’t have enough supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, etc for a family of 5 staying 5 nights. Still, overall this is definitely the best place yet that we’ve stayed on 30A in our 4 years coming here and would love to come back!

Perfect Beachfront Townhome

We loved this home. What set it apart from every rental we have stayed in was the glass railing off of the master bedroom. There was a perfect view of the ocean from every angle. The renovation was done exceptionally well, and everything about the place was comfortable. We will ABSOLUTELY seek out this home again when returning.

Great location, upscale townhouse

Can't beat the location! Having a quiet area on the beach is amazing and the views from the unit are incredible. We wish there'd been more lounging furniture downstairs as there's not a lot of seating even for a family of 4. The master king mattress could be upgraded and it'd make a huge difference. But we'd stay here again for sure.

Vacation 2020

The property was exactly like the photos. View was fantastic. You don't even have to put shoes on to get to the beach. The stairs to the beech may be difficult for an elderly person. We found them to be just fine - in fact used them for a great workout one morning. We felt secluded from the hustle and bustle which is exactly what we wanted. We will stay there again.

Perfect location

We had a great week at this property. We literally did not have to put shoes on to go down to the beach. It was 10 steps from our patio to the stairs. Location was perfect and the beach was not in a crowded area.

A couple of minor notes: The kitchen could have been more well-stocked. There was just the bare minimum that you could possibly need. Also there needed to be more pillows available and the closet space was ample but there was only four hangers.

This property is updated beautifully though. And I don't think these minor issues would prevent me from renting it again.

30A 2020

A nice property in a good location. I was a little disappointed in the kitchen area. I didn't feel that it had been wiped down that well (counter tops, frig and microwave). The ice maker did not work very well. No ceiling fan in the master bedroom and the tv in bedrooms very complicated to watch in the evenings. Also the patio area had not been cleaned or swept. Overall property was nice just a few items as mentioned above.

Wish i was here 365....

The Good Life #36 was everything i wanted it to be. It was meticulously clean. It has been decorated and furnished with very nice modern furniture and appliances. This location between Rosemary Beach and Seaside is perfect if you want to be near those areas but still have some isolation and privacy. The access to the beach is right out the back door and the little spot of green grass from the deck to the walkway is really helpful in reducing sand in the unit. It also provides just a great place to hang out in the sun with out having to go the beach. My only problem with this unit is that i don't live there year round and now that everyone knows how great it is, it'll be harder to book it again next year. 🙂

A gem of a condo, right on the beach!

We've enjoyed two stays at The Good Life and find the location great! We enjoyed the updated interior of the condo and most of all the location of being directly on the beach. I like that this condo is located "in-between" two areas of 30A with plenty to do for adults and kids. While we enjoyed going out to explore the area, some of our best meals were things we cooked & had on the patio over looking the ocean for breakfast and dinner. After two stays here, there is only one small thing I'd say for others awareness. We found the mattress in the master bedroom to be stiff - a simple mattress pad cushion would do wonders to help! Overall, we love this condo and would say it's perfect for a couple, small family or small group of friends. I'd say a group of 4-5 or less. We'll be back!
