- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee

The updated kitchen includes high-end appliances and dining area. You will love all the private outdoor spaces for recharging. There is a screened-in front porch, a balcony with sundeck and covered lounge, a back deck with two outdoor dining tables and grill, plus the 3rd floor viewing tower with high-top seating.
"Sugar" has a sister carriage house (534 Sq. Ft., 1 bedroom, sleeps 2-3) on the property called "Spice". The cottages are available for rent separately or together. The video tour on this listing includes a tour of both the main house and carriage house. Only the main house will be available for your stay.
