A palm tree lined community pool is 100 yards away and the beach entrance is only a 3-minute bike ride away, even faster when you take the 6-seater golf cart. The beach entrance features parking, a bike rack, and zero entry to the sand – no stairs! The community also features public park access to Eastern Lake for paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking, or YOLO boards. Equipment rentals and fishing licenses available at nearby Yellowfish Ocean Sports.

Seagrass Cottage Features
- Pet Friendly for up to 1 dog, 15 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.

- Complimentary use of a 6-Seater Golf Cart - must be at least 21 and a licensed/insured driver to operate. The golf cart is only available for travel to the pool and the beach, and driving on 30A or to Seaside is restricted
