Our Stay at Love Me Tender

This unit is in a perfect location, steps from the beach and the center of Seaside with its shops and restaurants. The decor is lovely and the screened in deck is a perfect space. The management is very responsive, quickly answering any requests . That being said, prior to our stay the remote operating shades should have been charged. One was broken and we had to charge several, which was difficult to reach without a step ladder. We loved our stay but the one negative is the refrigerator. It was set at 2 and for the first several days all was fine, but after that everything started freezing. We had to throw out a dozen eggs, hummus, limes even after turning it down to 1.

Home away from Home

Overall fabulous property. Super clean upon arrival and ready early. The ice maker didn’t work but the rental agency responded and agreed to reimburse us for ice. It was 4th of July so I’m sure all the appliance repair co were closed or super busy. The location is amazing and you just can’t beat it. The only things I’d add to this unit are a broom, a laundry basket & sometime or bench or shelf for down stairs to lay things on when doing laundry. Other than that the house is perfect!! Would love to stay again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My husband and I absolutely LOVED this rental. The proximity to the beach and downtown seaside was PERFECTION (right across from Black Bear Bread Co and steps to East Ruskin Pavilion). We had friends staying in Watercolor which was only a short 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive to meet up. Having access to the bikes was also super fun to ride around! We ate out for most meals, but the kitchen had all the basics in case you wanted to cook something - however keep in mind the fridge is a small counter height size. The cherry on top of this place - it was dog friendly and our pup enjoyed snoozes on the screened-in porch. Our ONLY feedback would be to add some permanent towel hooks in the bathroom and porch (for beach towels); as well as some blinds or plantation shutters for the bathroom for some more privacy (it has some window pass-throughs into the stairwell where our next door neighbors could most definitely see into the shower so we hung up a towel). The styling and design of the space was upscale, yet cozy. The bed was so comfortable - we would actually love to know the mattress brand 🙂

Overall - fantastic stay with communicative rental company.

Birthday Trip!

I was so excited to make this my birthday getaway! This was a solo trip. I loved it.The unit was immaculate. It was just a short 3 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Grocery stores were just a short 5 minute drive away. And a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach where I enjoyed a beautiful sunset on my last day. I highly recommend this rental property. I will definitely be back.

Music Festival

The house was beautiful and comfortable. It was very windy and cold so we did not experience the great beach location or use the bicycles provided. We were actually there for the music that weekend and the location was great for that. I was a little concerned about the window openings in the bathroom. We could see people on the street but unsure whether we could be seen. That could also be a problem if more than a couple is staying there, as you can see into the bathroom from the stairway going in and out of the house.

Seaside trip

The rental was beautiful and location to everything was perfect. Had small view of ocean bc it was behind first row but right next to beach access and right across street from town center. Walkable to everything. Suggestion: needs more washcloths and hand towels in bathroom, beach chairs, Keurig. Was clean except for ceiling fan, light above sink, rafters in living room. Overall trip was great! First beach We have seen in US with sugar white sand with no debris and it doesn’t stick to you. Amazing sand and sea glass colored water you can actually see to the bottom of. Was a wow trip

Great Place , Amazing Location

The property is beautiful, perfect for a couple. The location was amazing with easy walking access to the shops & food trucks and of course a short walk to the beach. Excellent location

The condo is literally located on the beach in the heart of Seaside so we could walk to the beach and bike to Seaside in a minute. The condo is nicely furnished. Three adults could use another bathroom, but it's my only complaint. It would be perfect for a couple. There was good communication from the management company.

Time for a getaway

LOVED it

Seaside Babymoon

Just Right for a Small Family

I was so happy to find this rental. My family stayed in the upstairs unit while my sister's family stayed in the downstairs unit. It was just right for a family of four with two young childern. We all gathered for "dinner with a view" on our porch every night. We also shared the downstairs porch for cleanup and storage after playing at the beach. We plan to make this trip an annual tradition and will definitely rent here again.
