Designer home 2 blocks from the Dragonfly pool with complimentary use of 4 bikes. Comfortable sleeps 10 in three suites plus a bonus bunk room. Designer interiors by Tracery Interiors. Full kitchen with high end appliances plus dining area and breakfast bar seating. Plus multiple living spaces: a first floor living room in the spacious open main living area and a TV room on the second floor with plush sofa and flat screen TV. There are also well appointed private outdoor living spaces including a screened in side porch and a covered front porch with cushioned seating.

Beautiful and clean property

We loved our experience in this rental. The floorplan is great and very accommodating to multiple types of groups. We had 2 couples and 2 singles. Our favorite bonuses: ice-machine, wine fridge, new golfcart, very luxurious and comfy linens and great water pressure!

Fantastic vacation

We rented In Your Dreams and couldn't have been happier! The Exclusive 30A team worked with us to find the perfect house: the house was gorgeous and the maintenance staff came by on a regular basis to check that all was well. The porch swing was our favorite but everything was fabulous: quality of sheets, appliances, will be hard to leave this comfortable yet elegant home which is in Watercolor and a short bike ride to Seaside.

Beautiful Beach Retreet

We had an amazing family trip to Watercolor. Staying at this house gives you access to all the watercolor pools and amenities. We had 6 adults, and 4 kids, and felt comfortable with the size of the home. The house is really beautiful-- tall ceilings, lots of natural light, beautiful decorations, and high end appliances. You have access to a golf cart that can easily take you anywhere you need to go in watercolor. You really never have to get in your vehicle. Several places deliver food to the house which was convenient with small children. We had a great time. Can't recommend this house enough.

Clean, well designed home!

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. The home was clean, laid out well for our family and really like how the home was decorated. The home had everything we needed for cooking meals and location was close to Publix which was an added plus for us.

Such a well appointed home, and charming neighborhood.

We walked in and felt like we were in a home away from home! The ambiance is very nice. We are a family with 2 adult children, and their spouses, and one grandchild. The 3 king beds and private bathrooms were a huge draw for us. We rented a crib to put in the bunk room which worked well. Also a plus, was a half bath both upstairs and downstairs. Also very important was the 6 passenger golf cart and bikes. We used the golf cart multiple times per day...
If you want super close access to the beach, this is not really it, because you either need to ride your bikes, or have a 8- 10-12-14 minute ride in the golf cart to the beach, depending on the traffic. There is a back way which we discovered on the third day, which is the way to go, which is the shorter ride of course! The home was very clean. If you like to sleep in a bit later, and the sun rise wakes you up, you might want to pick a home with shutters though! This home only has thin white drapery....
The publix is very close and very nice! The area felt very safe. Beware the master bath tub is quite slippery! The Exclusive 30A contact for us was Richard, and he was very prompt and responsive! Overall, we had such a great time! We could easily stay again, abd we would definitely recommend to friends.

Family Vacation

In Your Dreams #14 was a perfect house for a family vacation. The house was clean and well equipped with everything needed to cook meals. The golf cart made getting to the multiple pools and Gulf of Mexico easy. Would recommend this home hands down!!

Perfect!

This house is beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and top notch appliances. The use of the golf cart was great for our trips to Publix and to the pools. We will definitely be staying here again. We hated to leave. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Just beautiful!!

Home was beautiful and very clean. Golf cart and bikes were a great addition.
Wish home came with beach towels. Master shower has some mold on ceiling. Comforter on master bed had some stains. I would recommend this property to friends and family. We loved the community, particularly the beach club!
