Walk to the Beach Club and Gulf in 60 seconds. Wonderful for families looking for a retreat in Watercolor! This home boasts two suites, 1 king and 2 twin beds. Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or nightcap on the upper walk-out balcony where you can hear the gently rolling waves of the Gulf.

Absolutely loved our stay!!

Our stay was amazing. The condo was so beautiful and clean and my family and I loved it so much. It was in the perfect place near the pool and beach and we will definitely stay there again. My best stay at Watercolor yet. Thank you for making it so special. One word of advice, please supply more trash cans in the house like the bedrooms.

Non-spring break week

Honeysuckle #47 was decorated to perfection-we loved the space and how close it was to the pool and beach with our small children. Watercolor was super quiet-had no problems getting front row beach chairs in the morning and always found lounge chairs by the pool-workers said it was the complete opposite the week prior! The place did have 2 chairs and an umbrella but we never used it. There were 3 exits in the place but thankful for the extra upper/lower locks on the master bedroom door so the littles couldn’t escape. The second story deck was nice and had great afternoon sun on it.

Girls weekend

Great Place to stay with some issues

Residence was nice. Construction all over, so they discounted us 30% for our stay. Thank you. Had everything you would need inside this townhouse. Decorated nice and clean. Beds nice.

Main Pool: Packed. You either choose the beach or pool. Sit towels down on chairs and go to the beach and your towels will be gone when you come back. Drinks are 14 each. 6 pack of beer below Fish out of Water...over 20 bucks. Watercolor isn't cheap.

Beach. Packed. Umbrellas and chairs packed like sardines. 2nd row and back, you cannot see the water. Want first row? Book a year in advance at nearly $100 a day for 2 chairs n umbrella. Not real convenient for a family with 2 little ones. I went down in the mornings an hour before they opened to get in line to get 2nd row. Not what I wanted to do on vacation.

Restaurants: Good food. You will pay a premium however. You either book reservations or get there by 5. Anything after and you will wait well over an hour or longer.

Watercolor is nice and trendy but expensive and super packed most of the year. Not really our style but the placed we stayed in was really nice. Will be better once the construction is done.

Trying to give an honest review so you can make the best decision for your family. Honestly, I believe there is better value for your dollar, other than Watercolor.

Wonderful Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time. The townhouse was very clean nicely located to all the shops and had everything we needed. The location is great because you have all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The beach was clear and beautiful. Summer Vacation 2021

This property is perfectly located next to the beach club in Watercolor. It’s location put our family right where we wanted to be. We enjoyed late afternoons on the beach after relaxing by the pool if we were not out exploring. The property management company is extremely responsive. We would recommend this property. The half bathroom by the living area and kitchen on the second floor was also super convenient as are the 2 bikes that come with the property and backpack chairs.

Great Condo in a Great Location

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well located just behind the Watercolor Beach Club, so access to the pools and beach were easy. It is well decorated and had everything we needed.

There were only a couple of negatives to be aware of, all related to the property management company:
* The listing promised 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, The chairs were fine but the umbrella was broken and unusable. We notified the property manager but received no response.
* There was no TV remote for the living room TV. We notified the property manager and did not receive a response until a couple of days when the maintenance guy brought a new one.
* On 2 occasions the maintenance guy entered the unit through the door that opens into the master bedroom essentially unannounced (quick knock then opened the door).
* On 1 occasion the maintenance guy entered the unit while we were not there, displaced all of the cushions on the couch (looking for the remote?), and did not put them back.
* At no time were we given a heads up that the maintenance guy would be stopping by.

Outside of these items, check in and check out were easy and we really enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break 2020

First time to Watercolor and will be back for sure. This condo was a great location, easy walk to the Beach Club/Beach each day. Having the Tommy Bahama BackPack Chairs saved some money on beach rentals. Unit was clean, both bedrooms downstairs and large living upstairs. Clean and well kept.

Great location!

The location was perfect. It’s a two minute walk to the pool and a three minute walk to the beach. The unit is close to the park, shops and restaurants. The property looked like the photos online but there was a bit of wear and tear to the dining chair cushions and sofa. One complaint about the checkout process is related to running the dishwasher and unloading it before checking out. It is very difficult to use any dishes for breakfast or coffee and having enough time to run the dishwasher and unload the dishwasher before a 10 am checkout. Would be nice to be able to checkout with the dishwasher running. Overall a great stay at a great unit.

A Sweet Escape

Great condo close to Watercolor beach and within easy walking distance to Seaside. This was our 2nd time renting this particular unit and we really like it. The back door opens from the master bedroom to the parking lot which is a little weird and the 2nd bedroom is a bit tight but we make it work. Clean, beautifully decorated, great appliances and spacious areas to relax and entertain. Completely stress-free living at Watercolor!

Overall a good experience. Due to the hurricane that had recently come through, cable was supposedly out and the management group offered a Roku device. I called and left a message we would like one but only rec'd an email stating cable was in and out. No mention of bringing out the Roku. Also, for future renters, the master bedroom opens up directly to the outside parking area. some may find that too noisy. Except for the issue with the cable, we would rent again. A suggestion to the owners- if you want to charge $150 for a 2 Hour earlier arrival, you should consider giving a credit or offer of a credit for an earlier than normal check out of 10am if you have pending guests scheduled to arrive like the email we received suggested.

I loved the location and the decor. The sunsets in the family room are worth the trip alone! The beds are very comfortable and the house was clean and well organized. The only negative would be that the kitchen did not have any basics at all. Not even salt! Other than that it was a great home andt I will definitely be renting it again!

Honeysuckle to Cerulean Park

While on our flight to Florida I received an email stating that Honeysuuckle 47 just had a pipe break and the first floor was flooded rendering the home uninhabitable. Jessica at Exclusive 30 A said they had a replacement property she felt would suit us. We were then switched to Cerulean Splendor. My first thought was " bait and switch " which was not all the case. The second property was in an equal or better location , freshly renovated, well appointed and was the quality we had expected. On the day of arrival no one wants to hear the rental they have booked is not available. However I have been in the real estate business for over 30 years and know unexpected things like broken pipes do happen. Jessica also offered to pay for our bike rental for the inconvenience. Jessica did a great job in finding a suitable replacement during a time when almost everything is sold out. We will defiantly use Jessica at 30 A on our next trip to Watercolor !

Ask more questions

The property was very clean and comfortable. The beach club pool was very nice and the beach was quite beautiful. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on next-door so sitting on the balcony was not very pleasant. Construction went from 7:30 in the morning until 7:00 in the evening six out of the seven days we were there. There also was a lot of noise from the people staying in the condo above us. There must�ve been a small child running around who we nickname thumper. I sent 2 videos of the pnoise to the owner but never heard back from him. Warning before you rent anywhere ask more questions.

Fantastic location, beautifully decorated

Enjoyed a long weekend at this great Watercolor property. Beautifully and comfortably decorated for 2 adults + 2 kids. Construction at a nearby unit used up a bunch of parking spaces needlessly forcing us to park further away. They could have consolidated the space they were storing supplies as they were spread out and created alot of wasted space. Seems the HOA could do better managing contractors. Also disappointing that we could not rent kayaks at the lake, told only 360 Blue properties and Watercolor inn guests had the ability for that. Otherwise great townhouse in a great location.

Beautiful Property

Gorgeous property, great location. Would definitely stay here again. As I told the management company via a voicemail, my only complaint was that a few sundries were missing that seemed odd - hair conditioner, body lotion and salt & pepper in the kitchen. Minor, but just seemed strange. My 5 year old did fall out of the tint twin bed in the guest room the first night and was non-responsive (we had to call the paramedics) so he spent the rest of the stay with us, so families with little ones may wants rails for children 5 and under.

Wonderful stay at Honeysuckle!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Watercolor. Townhouse was extremely close to the beach and pool club. It was great to be so close, as we have it a five-year-old in tow. We loved that the house was so well appointed and had everything we needed- also Beautifully dedocorated. At night it was a short walk to dinners in Seaside. We also had delicious dinner in watercolor at fish out of water. I would definitely stay here again!

Best Family Spring Break

We had a wonderful week at Watercolor this past week. Honeysuckle #47 was the perfect rental for us. It is beautifully decorated and had all of the space we needed for a family of four. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the porch each morning and the family room was perfect for reading books and playing games. The location could not have been better. We loved being steps away from the beach club one way and the shops and restaurants the other. Once we arrived we didn't get back in our car - we loved riding bikes to the food trucks and restaurants.
Our only complaint was that with our guest passes we did not have access to the workout facilities and could not charge drinks and meals at the club to our account as families we were with could because they rented through St. Joes.
I would go back to Watercolor and stay in this unit again and again.

Easy, nice, good location. Every other rental comes with bikes and this one does not which was a draw back. Also, the master bed is situated right next to the back door and parking lot which was a little awkward because that is the door that is used most for entrance and exit. Otherwise, nicely decorated and great location.

Family Vacation

Honeysuckle is one of the most beautifully decorated condos we've stayed in. Being a corner unit, the upstairs is flooded with light. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the location is perfect. It's a two minute walk to the boardwalk and beach club. We will definitely rent this unit again. The only recommendation I would make is to pack or plan to buy tp, kleenex, garbage bags, dishwasher packets and laundry detergent. We ran out of everything on day 3.

Honeysuckle Watercolor 2 floor town home

Lovely! We were very happy with the unit. Everything was neat and clean and new. The decor was tasteful, comfortable and relaxing. We had everything we needed and only supplemented the toilet paper and kleenex. We really appreciated the location and the close proximity to the shops and beach club. It was the perfect size for a family of four. And although there was a third floor unit over us, we never heard any noise. Also the maintenance staff (Brett) was very polite and helpful. The only criticism I have is that we could not figure out how to get the refrigerator�s ice maker to work so we had no ice. Also we did wish the master bed was not directly in front of the front door. We would have preferred that it was on the opposite wall for privacy. Thank you Addie for all of your assistance with our rental! We will definitely contact you the next time we vacation on 30A.

This property is top of the line in decor & cleanliness. The linens are luxurious & the whole place appears to either be very new or newly refreshed. This is an uplifting space and we enjoyed the "treehouse" feel of the second floor balcony. Staying at this property insured that our vacation to Watercolor/Seaside, Florida was relaxing & restorative. The management team is helpful and excellent as well.

A Few Small Extras Would Have Made Our Stay Perfect

We had a wonderful time in Watercolor and were very pleased with the location, layout, furnishings and size of our rented condo. The weather was cooler than we expected, and we did not realize that our air conditioner was not working until the next-to-last day of our stay. We notified the maintenance personnel, but they were not able to repair the system while we were there. The renters in the third floor unit had children who made substantial noise running, jumping and playing during the day and at night, which was disruptive at times. The coffee cups were too small and would not hold a full serving of coffee made by the Keurig Coffee maker, causing hot coffee to spill all over the counter and floor. Management should replace the small cups with larger mugs, as avid coffee drinkers prefer large mugs, anyway. Although we were warned that towels and supplies were minimal, the management company should include at least one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom plus kleenex (there was no kleenex in the unit), extra hand towels, wash towels and bath towels per bathroom and an extra kitchen towel. We were fine with purchasing extra bath soap, shower products, kitchen trash bags and cleaning supplies, but we did not wish to do laundry every day. There were only two of us in the unit, but if it had been full, we would have been forced to do laundry at least once and maybe twice per day to have clean towels.

Great Place and Location

This was a great vacation home for our family. The location was amazing...only about a 60 second walk to the beach club! Plenty of room for us and beautiful furnishings. There's nothing I can think of that would have made our stay any better. It was also very clean for a rental. A lot of times these cleaning crews do sub-par work, but not the case in this home. Even under the chairs, sofa, etc. were really clean, which is nice with a 1 year old crawling around on the floors. Exclusive 30A was also great to work with on this. Very pleasant and helpful people.

Mother & Daughter enjoyed Heaven on earth!

Just seeing the pictures of "Honeysuckle" had us excited from the start!! But, they didn't do justice to the luxury we experienced! We enjoyed lounging as much as we did the pool and beach which were just steps away! Watercolor resort has 5 breathtaking pools which included an adult pool that we personally enjoyed. The shops & restaurants were amazing! Ahhh! Two weeks of special bonding time with my amazing daughter and two Shih-tzu's. Yes, this is one of a very few rentals that is pet friendly. Loved Honeysuckle!

Clean, and very cute! We also had maid service during our stay and they were very through and nice. Great quality bed linens & towels, and close to everything location. We walked or rode our bikes, hardly took our car, it was wonderful.
