Located in the gated Monterey Community on the Gulf Side of 30A, this condo is close to Alys Beach, The Hub, shopping, and dining.

Beach chair rentals available March through October. Avoid rows and rows of chair rentals on this private community beach. You are always Front Row when you stay here!

- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee

70th Birthday Fun!

Perfect rental for a girls' weekend to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. There were 4 of us women, and we had the best time! The staff was very helpful and quick to respond. The condo is in great shape and excellent location!

The Best of 30A

The gulf views, sunrises and sunsets were amazing in this beautifully decorated condo. The Emerald Coast never disappoints with its sugar sand beaches and crystal clear gulf waters. The open kitchen, dining and living area was the perfect space to gather after spending long days on the beach. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance you could possibly need. We’ve stayed at multiple locations from Perdido Key to Panama City but Seacrest is the perfect location for a quiet laid back getaway. Located a few miles from Seaside and about a mile from Alys and Rosemary we were close to restaurants and shopping without the crowds. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation.

Beautiful View

The layout was perfect for our group of 4 women and two children. We spent most of our time on the beach and the lovely balcony. The kitchen was well equipped except there were no hot pads. The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken but a tabletop ice maker was provided. The towel supply provided did not include bath mats.

We Loved It!

Our family of five loved the condo. Excellent outside seating and views of the ocean. Beach was not packed and the chair service company (right outside the condo) were great to work with. Walk from condo to beach or pool was less than a minute or two (right out your door). More than enough space for our family. Appreciate the ability to walk to Alys (~1 mile) and Rosemary (~2 miles) every morning. Close to The Big Chill / The Hub (we loved Duos restaurant) and other areas of 30A. Rental company was also great to work - sent us many ideas for what to do in the area and were always quick to respond.

Relaxing, Comfortable and Great Location

The location is not as crowded as other places on 30A but it is a bike ride away to everything. If was the first time we were able to see the sunset from our balcony verses having to stay on the beach to see it. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. My only complaints were the WIFI was weak and the refrigerator and dishwasher needs repairs. I would stay here again but would expect the appliances to be working properly for the money we paid. We had a great time making memories to last a lifetime!

Cute place

Beautiful view and very cute place. We liked sitting outside and watching the waves crash on the shore from our balcony. There is a very beachy vibe inside the rental, and there is a ton to do in the neighborhood. We went to the beach a lot, but also took advantage of the heated pool which is super clean. Perfect sized rental for our family of 4.

Resort-Style Rental

We have stayed here several times because it is the perfect resort-style setup for our family. I feel comfortable allowing our older kids to go to the beach by themselves because I can see them from the balcony. Of course, the view is amazing. It is decorated nicely with a high-end feel. Exclusive 30A does a great job with cleaning and reservation information in the app, by text and email.

Great place

We loved getting to wake up and have coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach! It was beautiful! The views did not disappoint. I called about the coffee situation and was told (by the management company) that there was a regular pot and Keurig. We bought kcups...there was no keurig. That was disappointing and annoying but not the owners fault. They also didn’t provide any extra toilet paper which was again annoying. The place was clean, nice, and overall it was a great experience.

We had a delightful stay. It was truly the best location for bicycling and getting around 30A. Thank goodness the view was really breathtaking from a crazy large balcony and pool because the stairs to get to the beach would have been a big issue if my mother had come.(I think we would have had to carry her down) Other than than it was REALLY nice!

Location is everything

Overall good place. Needs updated. Fixtures, paint etc.. but the view is perfect, beach was perfect and quiet. Note, we did go when school was back in, so I cannot attest to summer stays. The location is bike rides distance to all the "popular" places, on East side of ALYS. I do not like to stay in the madness of the hotspots, so this unit worked for us.

Great location

The condo was very clean comfortable furniture the beach was not crowded even though we had to drive 20 to 30 minutes to the restaurants and some shops it was ok with us as long as we had a quiet beach
The hub was close but did not have much to offer for us ,management was great

Great place to stay

We had a great time! The condo was a great size and clean as we arrived. We did have to change the air filter as it looked like it had not been changed in a while but other than that it was very clean. The balcony is huge and had amazing views! One thing I do wish it provided was at least 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. It does get expensive renting those items for the week on top of the cost for the condo and cleaning fees. The pool was nice and was not over crowded, we loved that it was heated because the sun does not shine over it for very long due to its location. Also another thing I would add is the option to do an early check in. Our flight arrived very early and from what I could see the last guest had checked out 2 days before we arrived and the condo was still not clean. I think having the option to pay a small fee to check in early for those who can’t get later flights would be very helpful especially when you are traveling with kids. Or even providing a place on the property to place your belongings and get changed prior to your room being ready. Overall we would stay here again and next time would bring our family as it was a big condo!
