Located Southside 30A in Seagrove, Beachside Villas is nestled next to Eastern Lake and is 100 yards to the beach. The community offers resort style amenities including two tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, and two community pools. One of the pools is heated during winter months. This quieter neighborhood is close to shopping and dining too! Old Florida Fish House, Steamboat Grill, Beachy Bean Coffee Co, Greenway Station, and Buddy's Seafood Market are a 5-minute or less bike ride from the condo.

After Dune Delight Features
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.

- Tram service to Eastern Lake Beach Access - only 1.5 blocks from the home. Beach service available at this location. This is our recommended beach access.
- Eastern Lake Beach Access is one of the rare areas in the world where a brackish waters flow into the Gulf. You can pick up a fishing license and rent fishing gear at nearby Yellowfin Ocean Sports.
- 90 footsteps to Sugar Dunes beach access. You can walk to the water line at this entrance, but the sand is a private beach for neighboring homes
- 4 min bike ride to Walton Dunes Beach Access. Beach service and parking available at this location.
- Two Community pools - one is heated during cooler months
