- Private Pool and Spa. Can be heated for an additional fee for reservations October - April
-Complimentary Use of a 6-Seater LSV (golf cart) - must be at least 21 and a licensed/insured driver to operate. LSV is provided for use to the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and throughout the WaterColor neighborhood, and is not to be driven to Seaside, on 30A, or to other neighborhoods or risk possible fines.
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, and non-aggressive breeds only. Pets not allowed in the private pool. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
- Access to 5 Taxi Bikes, serviced regularly to keep them in top shape
- 2 Min bike ride or LSV (golf cart) drive to Camp WaterColor. Access included with your reservation
- 2 Min bike ride to WaterColor Publix, Pizza by the Sea, The Perfect Pig, and Driftwood Wine and Spirits
- Fenced-in backyard oasis with sundeck, outdoor dining, built-in grill, fireplace, and cushioned loungers

- Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 14 wristbands.
- Concierge services available including grocery delivery, private chef, baby equipment rentals, beach service, and more
- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee

A luxurious guest suite is available on the first floor and is perfect for the grandparents. The top floor features a unique guest suite with sleeping for up to 5 thanks to a king bedroom plus adjoining alcove with twin daybed and queen bed. This suite is perfect if you are traveling with little ones you want to keep close while still enjoying a little privacy.
