Know Before You Go
- A mid-stay clean is required for reservations of 10 days or longer and is included in your rate
- Additional cleanings can be scheduled for an extra fee
- Concierge services available including grocery delivery, baby equipment rentals, beach bonfires, beach service, and boat charters
- Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction
Pets are welcome with prior approval by Exclusive 30A. Please request your pet’s stay at time of reservation. Payment of our non-refundable pet fee must be paid at time of approval.
