- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, and non-aggressive breeds only. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.

- LSV (golf cart) rentals at this condo are restricted as there are no charging stations at the building

- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee

With an open floor plan and ample outdoor living spaces, this home is spacious and comfortable for up to 4 people. Enjoy the view of Cerulean Park from either the screened in or covered porch. The King suite includes its own balcony for added privacy.
The luxe king suite has lots of natural light plus curtains for more restful moments. The private ensuite bath includes a dual vanity and combination shower with garden tub. Additional sleeping is available on a queen bed in a private room off the main living area and features a custom platform bed with built in storage, private balcony access, and plush cotton linens. An additional Full bath with a walk-in shower and hallway access is available nearby.
***Pets are welcome with prior approval by Exclusive 30A. Please request your pet’s stay at time of reservation. Payment of our non-refundable pet fee must be paid at time of approval.***
