Located in the gated Monterey Community on the Gulf Side of 30A, this condo is close to Alys Beach, The Hub, shopping, and dining.
Beach chair rentals available March through October. Avoid rows and rows of chair rentals on this private community beach. You are always Front Row when you stay here!
Area Construction - the building elevator is currently being upgraded as of December 11, 2025 and it will not be available for guest use until late February. Stairs are available take you to the 3rd floor unit.
