Daydream Believer (Seagrove) Features
- Pet Friendly for up to 1 dog, 40 pounds or less. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
- Enjoy the included 6-seater LSV for exploring 30A (must sign a waiver for access)
- Community Pool is 150 footsteps from home - pool can be heated for an additional fee during cooler months with advance notice. As this is a community pool, we cannot guarantee pool heating will be available due to possible equipment malfunctioning.
- Enjoy 4 Taxi Bikes, serviced regularly to ensure they are in top shape
- Beach supplies, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bike trailer, and corn hole available
- 4 Minute Bike Ride to TWO different beach entrances

Greenway Park is conveniently located near THREE beach entrances. Stroll or bike down the pebbled path of May Street for a few minutes to reach the Eastern Lake Beach Access or Ramsgate Beach Access. Jump in your car for a quick 4-minute drive to the parking for the Beachfront Trail beach access. It is faster to get to the beach from Daydream Believer (Seagrove) than if you were staying in some of the major 30A neighborhoods! Shopping and dining is a block away at Steamboat Grill, Old Florida Fish House, Beachy Bean Coffee Co, and Buddy's Seafood Market. Plus the new Greenway Station with even more shopping and dining option is just outside the neighborhood.
