Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel and receive a refund, minus a $175 cancellation fee, if you notify us via email prior to 60 days before your check-in date. If you notify us via email you wish to cancel your reservation between 31-59 days of your arrival date, you forfeit 50% of the full reservation amount and a $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay made within 30 days of the arrival date forfeit the full reservation amount.
