Welcome to Where the Heart Is. Our beautiful Camp District home, located on Pond Cypress, is a lovely retreat for a family of 12. The designer interiors, spacious floor plan, screened in outdoor areas, and multiple living areas provide a stylish and comfortable home for your Watercolor vacation experience.

*Nightly and Weekly Rates available year round with seasonal minimums. Reservation requests are subject to confirmation based on departure day. You will be called within 24 hours of booking request to confirm reservation request. *

Excellent Rental

Spacious and clean. Management was quick to fix some of the bikes and any issues that came up. Highly recommend. Loved the extra second floor family room for the teens to hang and watch movies. Great location to beach and camp watercolor.

Nice stay in Watercolor

We have been going to 30a for years and have rented in Watercolor multiple times. It is our favorite community because there is so much for children to do.

This home was definitely our favorite. You can tell that this home belongs to someone who cares about it and thoughtfully put it together. We traveled as a single family (3 small kids), but the two large master bedrooms and living areas (up and down) would have made this easy to share with another family and not feel cramped. The home was tastefully decorated and not overly beach-themed.

The pool was small but perfect for using for short intervals of fun before or after beach/large pool trips.

The property management company was communicative and responsive. We had a tiny Wi-Fi issue which resolved quickly and everything else was perfect. They provide the bare necessities (toiletries) but be prepared to start from scratch at the grocery store - literally no food items were provided at the house, which we’ve found as the norm here.

Golf cart is a huge bonus.

Would definitely recommend!

Thanks, for booking with us Andrew! We only leave leftover dry goods such as spices if another guest leaves them and they're still in good condition. We always recommend bringing all the necessities you'll need besides cookware and dining ware! We would love to have you back sometime!

Fantastic Home in Watercolor!

We absolutely loved this house! Our favorites were the open living/dining spaces that allowed all of us to hang out together, as well as the pool in the backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

40th Anniversary Family Trip

We had a great week. There were a few minor maintenance issues but the management company took care of them right away. We enjoyed all the places around the house to hang out-the pool, the porches, the fire pit. My only suggestion would be that for the amount you pay to stay in Watercolor, it would be nice to get more than one roll of toilet paper per
Bathroom and more than 1-2 trash bags. It would not cost much at all to provide more than “starter” supplies. We loved the beach club and the ocean as well as Camp Watercolor. The included golf cart was a plus! We had a one year old with us and the space worked well for her.

Heavenly

We will be coming back time and time again. Absolutely loved Seaside, Watercolor, and the property we were staying at for the week. The bikes and Golf Cart were the highlight as we enjoyed taking both all over the property and to dinner nightly. The beach was such a close bike ride too. We highly recommend this property.

Great long weekend

First off, Exclusive 30A was great to work with for our rental experience. There was an issue with the first property we reserved, and their team made sure to find us an alternate property that suited our needs. The house was beautiful. Lovely furnishings and decor. The new pool addition was perfect for the kids, and Camp Watercolor is only a short walk away. The golf cart and bikes that are available with the rental make access to the beach and other amenities very convenient. My only suggestion for improvement is that the house needs to provide more towels and stock the kitchen better—more dishes, cookware, glasses, etc.

Loved this exquisite home!

My husband and I stayed here with our teenage daughter and 4 of her friends for spring break. This spacious home gave us plenty of room for entertaining and separate hang out spaces. The beautiful master on the main and comfortable furniture in the living room and on the screened in porch was perfect for us. The girls loved having a large master upstairs with daybeds so they could all sleep in one room. The upstairs living space was comfortable and teen-friendly and had a great porch swing on the screened in balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, and crock pot and lots of comfortable seating around the dining table and at the bar. The outdoor kitchen in the screened room made it easy to grill even in rainy weather. Please note that 4 of the bikes are regular beach cruiser bikes and two are adult mountain bikes that are only suitable for very tall people. The house is in a great location in a quiet cul-de-sac and very close to two of the Watercolor pools. The house is also in walking distance of the Publix. We loved this beautiful home and will definitely rent it again!

Not ready

We really like the house. We got text saying House would not be ready at 4. Was ok with that and found something to do and showed up at 5:30 thinking cleaning people would be done and they had not shown up yet. We had to call and they came around 6. We had to clean out refrigerator to load our stuff. Also had to call to get temporary water color passes and than had to call Monday and send an email to get water color passes again. I felt like y’all should have been on top of that.
