Elegant gourmet kitchen has marble countertops, Viking Professional appliances, Dual refrigerators, Dual ovens and an oversized pantry. The open concept great room, dining and kitchen offers 12' ceilings, abundant windows and opens onto a large screened porch.

There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.

Large family annual vacation

The home is beautiful, well managed, very clean. The kitchen is stocked well and organized. The management company responded quickly with even small concerns and questions. That was very much appreciated.
The home should really be described as 4 bedrooms and a bonus bunk room. The room with 4 bunks with access to the watchtower does not have a closet which was a little inconvenient for a long stay. It also does not have a light switch inside the room, the switch is outside in the hall. And the pocket door will not stay closed unless it is latched, which is a problem since there is no way to unlatch it from outside the room. So when kids were sleeping in the bunks, we had to wedge a towel under the door to keep the door closed.
Also, we found out after several incidences trying to access the pools and beach with 12 people and an infant, that the HOA has a strict policy that each home can only be advertised as max occupancy of 10. The HOA office behind Publix said the homeowners and rental agencies are aware of this policy and advertising otherwise leads to problems when more than 10 want into restricted areas at once. Many times one of the adults had to sacrifice their beach or pool time for a child bc the HOA will absolutely not allow more than 10 bands per property, period. That felt misleading. The advertising should make that clear and not lead the renter to believe that more bands could at all be possible.

Watercolor Family Vacay

The house we rented was in a wonderful location in Watercolor. Close to pools and beach, and extremely quiet ! A short bike ride to everything! The home was the perfect size for our 11 member family. The grandchildren loved the 2 bunk rooms and the watchtower. The porches were so comfortable and spacious. The house was well stocked with everything you needed to cook! We did have a few maintenance problems though. The wine fridge and the lower oven were not working and we had cold showers for a couple days in the master suite upstairs. Our rental agents acted quickly on the problems , but parts for the wine fridge and oven had to be ordered. Golf cart was an huge plus! All in all a fabulous week!

Awesome clean gorgeous updated home

Amazing property with a true gourmet kitchen and state of the art appliances and baths . Super generous room sizes , two true master suites , light and bright spaces . Easy access to a close park , kids club, and pools . 30A was sooo helpful and I highly recommended their properties as they are available for you . The grill was also amazing and the bikes too.

Family Winter Break

The house was beautiful and the whole family had a great time. The furnishings were updated and gorgeous. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. We would definitely stay here again. The dishwasher racks could use to be replaced, but we made do. Other than that small item, we really loved our stay and the home was gorgous.

Beautiful home in Watercolor

We loved this place! It’s very clean, beautifully decorated. Lots of great walking trails nearby. Neighborhood pool a block away. Easy access to town, beach on bikes or golf cart. Had a wonderful time with our teenagers and their friends, accommodated all of us, plenty of room/spaces to hang out!

Very nice vacation

We really enjoyed this property and had a very nice vacation. The location is great and the house was great for our group of three families with kids.

There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed but hopefully these can be taken care of so that they don’t interfere with an enjoyable stay.

Overall Great House

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. It was a short walk/bike/golf cart ride to either the private watercolor beach, the private watercolor pool - waterslides, lazy river, or Seaside. There is also a Publix in biking distance, which was really convenient. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The golf cart was great and worked well. Definitely been updated since previous reviews. The shower on the front porch was awesome. The water pressure in the house was fantastic. The neighborhood was gorgeous and everyone was so kind.

The app the property manager gave us was really helpful. They responded to a lock issue promptly and helped us resolve the issue.

The suggestions we have for the owner/property manager 1. The kitchen had a lot, but lacked hot pads, which made cooking or taking things out of the oven really hard. 2. The bottom oven didn't heat well. 3. The listing advertised seven bikes. There were seven, but only three were ridable. The other four were beat up to the point of being unusable. If we were counting on seven bikes as advertised, it would have been a huge disappointment.

This home is AMAZING!

We have stayed in WaterColor now 6 times. Each stay just gets better and better. This home was so unbelievably spacious, especially considering there were only 4 of us staying there! We spent our mornings sitting on the front porch, and our evenings having cocktails on the screened in porch which was FABULOUS! It rained for a couple of hours one day on this trip (which we recalled had never happened before!) so that porch was fabulous for reading and a rainy day nap. And let's talk about the golf cart and how convenient that was! Don't get me wrong, the bike rides were absolutely wonderful, but cruising to dinner, the beach, and the store was pretty awesome. The entire house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and other essentials. We were able to make immediate contact with management and get a quick response to any of our questions. This home would be great for families vacationing together with several children. Convenient to everything! Our friends that met us there will probably be planning a large family gathering there in the Spring. We would most definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Fall break

House was in a great location. Really appreciated the bikes and golf cart. Rooms were well appointmented and very clean. The porch was wonderful. Door to the bunk room would not stay shut. Our master bath door would not say shut either. There was barely any toilet paper, paper products, no coffee filters, etc. Things we have gotten accustomed to finding when we get there. Would love to have a larger sofa in living room to accommodate more people. To there defense I did not call and request anything. Overall a very nice stay.

Excellent Vacation Home

Watchtower Walk #78 is an excellent family vacation rental. We had 6 adults and 5 children and the home met our needs very well. We had 7 bikes and a 6 passenger golf cart which proved very useful and fun. The home is well located and has upmarket appliances and an excellent kitchen/family room area. Definitely a first class property. The only real issue we had was with the internet service which definitely left something to be desired. It was either a problem with the router or the service in general.

I would also put in a good word for Exclusive 30A rentals. They were very easy to deal with. Their mobile phone app was very helpful. We had a couple of maintenance issues and they dealt with them promptly and efficiently.

Positive experience

This home was absolutely beautiful! Lots of features we will use when remodeling our home. The only complaint about this trip, and it has nothing to do with this home, is I wish we knew more about the area before the vacation. It would be nice to recieved recommendations about renting attachments that allow you to bike with little ones. The beach is not a 5 minute bike ride as told, it's longer and you have to cross a busy roadway. Directions to the nearest pool from the home would also help!
