Southern Living Cottage is a chic and cozy vacation home away from home. Expansive windows mean lots of natural light throughout the home. Both indoor and outdoor fireplaces plus screened in porches with cushioned seating create inviting spaces to enjoy all year round. Only 0.5 miles to the new Camp Watercolor. Lots of extras available, making this a delightful home to enjoy all Watercolor and 30A has to offer.

Southern Living Cottage Features
- Complimentary use of 6 Seater Golf Cart- For use within Watercolor only. Must be at least 21 and a licensed/insured driver to operate
- Complimentary use of 3 Taxi Bikes
- 2 Min Bike Ride to Camp Watercolor
- 6 Min Bike Ride to Watercolor Beach Club
- Private Dip Pool - can be heated for an additional fee October through April
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.

- Indoor gas fireplace

Spring break 2024

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Southern Living cottage. It was perfect for us and had plenty of room for us, our kids and dog. The pool was handy and all the amenities of Watercolor were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Idyllic Vacation Home and Neighborhood

We enjoyed every moment of our stay in Watercolor and at this beautiful home. The home was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We appreciated having access to the golf cart and bikes and felt that everything we wanted to do was in close proximity to the home. Specifically, the pools, grocery store, restaurants, and Seaside shops and food carts were all within a 5-10 minutes bike or golf cart ride. This was our first time visiting Watercolor and we were impressed! We hope to return and would recommend this house and area to everyone.

Wonderful Getaway

This house was PERFECT for a winter beach trip. We heated the pool so the kids played in the pool all morning while we sat by the outdoor wood burning fireplace. They even provided the wood. It was just great. The golf cart and bikes made it even better. We didn’t have to get in the car for anything. The grocery was 3 minutes away on the golf cart and seaside and watercolor restaurants were just as close. House was very clean and a good layout for our family of 5. We would come back for sure!

Terrific Week at the Beach

Lovely home for the 7 of us. Everyone could do what they wanted: from going to the beach, floating in the pool (not big but good enough), working from home (yes, bummer!), reading on the back porch, and cooking in the fabulous kitchen. There was definitely enough space so that we didn't feel crowded. The house was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Note: in addition to toilet paper and paper towels, we suggest bringing kitchen towels, laundry and dishwasher pods. The house was very close to the grocery store and other Seaside activities, yet it was very quiet. The bikes and the golf cart were great. We loved taking the golf cart to get ice cream in the evenings. The manager was very responsive with the one maintenance issue (the battery on the back door lock went bad). We were amazed that the trash folks came every day!
We would certainly recommend to others.

Southern Living Cottage #21 Exceeds Expectations!

This is a beautifully appointed home with highly appointed upgrades. The worst part was having to leave after 7 days. Our 6 year old granddaughter cried so hard, when we had to leave. I personally, LOVED the front screened in porch with a big table and very comfortable couch and chairs.

Great family vaca

The home was beautiful, clean and was a spectacular layout! The mgmt Co could improve by making sure all kitchen items are there, providing more than 1 kitchen towel, Letting us know ahead that no beach towels available, not arguing about where the cart key was. Contract said island, it was on a hook in the laundry. Took us an hour to find it

Stunning Craftsman Cottage in Watercolor

This one will be hard to top. Our expectations were wildly exceeded during our annual trip to Seaside by the gorgeous "Southern Living Cottage" in Watercolor. Everything is top of the line, from the decor and linens to the premium construction quality and appliances. My family had plenty of room to enjoy their own part of the home while spending quality time together in the kitchen/living space. We loved cooking meals in the gourmet kitchen with the Wolf gas stove. Also, the two screened in porches were perfect for morning coffee and lunch time meals.

We especially loved the location of the house within Watercolor. The golf cart (WOW, huge perk) that came with the property spoiled us, we'll have to rent a house with a golf cart from now on. We were able to shoot over to Camp Watercolor within minutes or drive over in our van to the Publix, Perfect Pig, pizza place in 2 minutes. We loved just driving around the Watercolor development to look at all the beautiful homes in each phase.

We hope to book the Southern Living Cottage next year. Bravo to the decorator and the property owner!

Southern Living Cottage

We have rented from Exclusive 30 A for about 10 years. All of their properties are nice. This one was beautifully decorated and very relaxing. Several porches and wonderful living area.
