Serenity is calling. Designer condo located on Cerulean Park and a very short walk to the Beach Club and Gulf. This is one of the most desired locations in Watercolor! This all suite townhome is impeccably decorated and ultra comfortable for your exclusive vacation experience.

*Nightly and Weekly Rates available year round with seasonal minimums. Reservation requests are subject to confirmation based on departure day. You will be called within 24 hours of booking request to confirm reservation request. *

The moment you walk into this home, you are greeted with a calming color palette reminiscent of the nearby Gulf waters and white sands. Perfectly sized for a group of 4, the home features a king master suite with private screened in porch. Enjoy your view of Cerulean Park and listen to the fountain from the luxury of the plush outdoor seating. The en suite bath features a dual vanity sink, walk in shower plus additional combination shower/tub, perfect for when the entire family needs to get ready for dinner at the same time. An additional queen suite completes the first floor of the home, with designer four poster bed, luxurious bedding, and en suite bath.

The main living area is located on the second floor, with an open concept floor plan and a light, airy feeling. Newly redecorated, the interiors are chic, relaxing, and luxe. French doors open to the second floor balcony, overlooking Cerulean Park and featuring lounge seating plus privacy screens on one side for quiet moments. The dining area includes seating for 6 under our signature chandelier. A side balcony is just off the dining area, taking full advantage of the corner location of the home. A full kitchen is available, with everything you will need for your meal prep.

Watercolor stay

Nice residence, great location and very clean for being pet friendly. Our only criticism was the dresser in the master bedroom. Very inexpensive piece of furniture where it was a major struggle to close the drawers. We finally gave up on it and removed our belongings and stored them elsewhere.

Good stay but missing some basics

Good stay in a convenient location in Watercolor near the beach club. Rental was nicely decorated but some visible stains in the carpet in the bedrooms which made it feel less clean. Wish there were some more basics in the kitchen such as oil, salt, pepper but there was nothing of the sort. No beach equipment available either (i.e. towels, chairs, umbrella) so everything needs to be rented. Golf cart not included. 2 bikes includes which were convenient. Again good stay, no issues just wish there were some of these small additional items offered to make it easier for out of town visitors like other rental units. Also, only one key available & key is required to lock/unlock doors which made it inconvenient - wish there was a keypad or at least 2 sets of keys. Access to Beach Club was nice & good for dogs with convenient location across from a dog friendly park.

Excellent location

Excellent location and a short walk to most everything. Loved the outdoor spaces. Very clean. The sofa and chair cushions are showing their age and could use a refresh as cushions are getting flat. Kitchen has most of what you need. Coffee pot says “clean” fyi.

Great location. Needs updates.

Wi-Fi did not work the whole week. We called and they came a couple of times. Finally worked half of last day. We reported bees/wasps living in furniture on the second story balcony. No one responded. Finally called again and were told that they were carpenter bees and that they were harmless. Didn’t feel comfortable going out there because Google says they do sting. One key is crazy. Either provide more or put in a coded entry like the next door neighbor’s. No cushions on two of four second floor deck chairs.

Charming and Perfect location

It was our first time staying at Serenity #55 in Watercolor, and it won't be our last. The location is perfect! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well. Our family prefers a Keurig coffee maker, but the drip coffee maker worked well. Richard from Exclusive 30A Rentals was excellent. He was very responsive to any of our requests. We will be renting through him from now on. This delightful home won't disappoint!

Can't Wait to Stay Again

Such a great property. Perfect location! Close walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, and Seaside! We even took a long walk to Publix one morning and it was very pleasant. My only advice is that if you plan on cooking, bring all your spices! The kitchen is very bare bones. Overall, would absolutely stay here again.

AHHMAZING little jewel!

This is the sweetest spot. Loved the location. Felt very secluded right in the heart of Seaside. Great bed. Great linens. Perfectly equipped kitchen. All was very comfortable. We will be back. Only negative- Parking is a bit of a bear and we were off season.

Great location, cute property! We would definitely stay here again. In particular, Exclusive 30A was very fast in responding to any issues (lock mechanism damaged and we couldn’t get in and trouble resetting the WiFi). They has someone there to help within 15 minutes.

Really Nice

This is an ideal location in Watercolor; right across from the little park, near the shops and pools; but back far enough to not hear the crowds or much traffic.

The only suggestion for 30A is that there are too few towels.

With a few tweaks

Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable furnishings. Check-in and out was a breeze. Location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Responsive guest services. Porch furniture cushions rather dirty (sadly, no furniture on lower porch). No extras (no bikes, no coffee, no extra toilet paper). No clothes storage in second bedroom other than small closet and four hangers. Wobbly toilet in master. Ridiculously loud washer/dryer. TV remote nowhere in sight. DVD/streaming services not available. Tweaks can be easily fixed.

Relaxing Stay

Serenity #55 was one of the most comfortable units we have experienced in WaterColor. The kitchen was fully equipped, baths had lovely towels, furnishing lovely, plus the unit was very clean.
Location was perfect for walking to eat, bike trails were close, and Cerulean Park was a lovely view from the upstairs porch. We would rent this unit again.

Beautiful Place

We enjoyed our stay very much. Overall, the property was just what we wanted. The location was great, the community had lots of activity and amenities. The management company kept us informed and provided everything we needed for a smooth check-in and out process. The house was beautiful but it could have had more bath towels, dish towels, and a few more kitchen items, but we worked with what was provided. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived, but I'm sure that has been repaired by now.

Nice place

Worked out fine. Only downside is it didn’t come with bikes. The other places we have stayed always had at least 2 bikes. We ended up renting them which did cost us extra money but other than that it was fine. Also plan to purchase coffee and coffee filters as there where neither. The managing company were nice and helpful.

Perfection!!!!

Everything was perfect- the place, the location, the beach, the weather!!!! The only negative (and it really wasn't a negative) was the air flow upstairs was weak. It was about 7 degrees warmer upstairs then downstairs.

Great location

Staying in watercolor to attend family wedding. Ceremony on the green and reception at the Lake House right down the street so very convenient. And we were very close to beach, pool and shops. Bedrooms (downstairs) and living area (upstairs) were clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed. 30A folks could not have been more helpful—we had a great trip!

Beautiful Home, Great Location

This rental was just as pictured, and the location was perfect if you enjoying walking to restaurants, coffee, and shopping.

My only complaint was that the rental was not cleaned when we arrived. This was frustrating as the check in/check out times are later and earlier than most properties, and then we were pushed to check in even later. The property also makes you clean and put away every dish prior to check out (at 10 AM). This took some of the relaxing pieces of vacation away from the experience as our last morning was spent cleaning (and a cleaning fee is included).

Other than that it is a perfect vacation rental for a family.

Overall experience was great . Great location .
Delightfully decorated.
Door key extremely difficult to use easily misplaced -DOOR KEYPAD MUCH NEEDED. It would be nice to have at least two bicycles provided and ready to ride on arrival. Keurig coffee maker would be nice. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and upstairs porch would be nice as well.

Beautiful clean place in a perfect location!

House felt huge! Two bedroom/two bath downstairs with an enclosed patio off the master and living, kitchen and breakfast/dining upstairs with a large half bath and washer dryer along with another enclosed patio/huge balcony. Fully stocked with toiletries and kitchen necessities for at least a 3 night stay. Locationnis perfect and within a 2 minute walking distance to the Watercolor resort with full access to pool and beach including towels for both when you pay the $17 HOA fee. Adorable shops, great restaurants and a wonderful candy bar with ice cream all in spitting distance. Seaside and all of its wonderful shops is within walking distance as well (maybe 10 minutes)! Unfortunately our HOA cards weren’t there when we arrived, but we received the next morning. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. It’s a very clean and well kept place!!!

Amazing place to stay

The property was very well kept and decorated. Location was right in front of our favorite place to meditate. The management company seemed to down play our concern of the wine festival set up and tear down right in the property. We were un able to rest how we needed due to the noise and when we contacted Exclusive 30A they seemed to down play our concern. I would recommend this property and actually plan to go back in the spring just through another management company.We enjoyed many of the local restaurant all were superb see below.

Fabulous location and beautiful cottage.

Thus rental is very well kept, beautiful decor and a great location. All of the amenities you need located 1/2 block from the beach. The only thing that works make it better is if bikes were included.

Perfect for family Vacation

Serenity was perfect for our family vacation. Very well decorated, making it comfy and cozy. Nice peaceful location with an easy walk to the beach (be sure to get your amenity card) and restaurants. Clean and well kept! We loved everything about it. This was our first time to rent a house in Watercolor and Exclusive 30A made it an easy process. Love the app.
