Sandy Paws is a beautifully decorated and comfortable home with only one level. A great vacation home for anyone with mobility concerns! The open floor plan creates a relaxing vibe throughout the home and allows everyone to gather together for memory making moments. This peaceful atmosphere continues to the back deck and fenced in back yard. Very spacious lot with ample room for the kids and pup to run around while the adults enjoy the outdoor dining table.

Don't forget your furry family member either! Your dog wants to romp around 30A, too. This designer home and neighborhood is pet friendly. *Must have written approval from Exclusive 30A to bring your pet and pay a non-refundable pet fee. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund less a $175 cancellation fee. Cancel between 29-14 days prior to arrival for a 50% refund of the reservation total. No refund for any cancellations or shortened stays made less than 14 days prior to arrival.

Rental Age Requirement: Must be at least 27 years old to rent.
