Sanctuary by the Sea is a classic beach retreat with all of the luxuries imaginable in a Watercolor vacation. The home is professionally designed and immaculate! Thoughtfully decorated in a classic, comfortable style, you will be amazed by this Watercolor rental.

Before entering the home, you are greeted with a furnished screened-in front porch - a cool way to enjoy your morning outside complete with ceiling fan! Perfect for dropping off the beach bags on your way in, or chatting with a beverage in hand, taking in the beautiful surroundings. Inside the home, crisp, clean interiors await along with hardwood floors throughout!

A professionally furnished family room features a brand new flat screen, HDTV and plenty of extremely plush and comfortable appointments, all carefully chosen with a designer's eye.

The dining room opens to both the family room and kitchen and has seating for 6, while the breakfast bar sits an extra right next to the formal dining table.

A gourmet kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and range has all of the luxuries you need to make a delicious meal for your family and friends. Granite countertops, custom lighting, and carefully chosen touches make this kitchen a delight for preparing meals and gathering.

A bonus family room on the 2nd floor is a great spot to get away with a book or for the kids. It is a classic space and ultra-comfortable. We also have a built-in office area perfect if duty calls and you must sit down with a laptop to get some work done during your stay.
