The entire living space is bathed in natural light and overlooks the Gulf and boardwalk down to the beach. The master bedroom features a queen bed. The living area features eco chic décor and added sleeping space for two on a sleeper sofa. The dining area seats 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. The condo also features a full bath with a shower/tub.

Cancellations and Changes. Reservations may be cancelled or shortened by notifying Exclusive 30A in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to your Check­-In date (“Cancellation Period”). Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund minus the $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made between 30-60 days of the arrival date forfeit 50% of the full reservation amount and the $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 30 days of the arrival date forfeit the full reservation amount. Cancellation after check in or early departure is not eligible for any refund of rent or deposit. This cancellation policy excludes reservations at Inlet Reunion #57, Inlet Reunion #75 and Eyes on Sunrise #23, which have a separate cancellation policy outlined in the included amendment. Travel insurance is available to purchase for an additional fee.
