Beautifully done Floridian home. Loved the quietness and centrally located between popular destinations. Kids wanted to bring the kids back to the house to show it off.

This home is a wonderful option for families and friends. There is plenty of gorgeous living space for everyone. The large spacious rooms with high ceilings and plenty of light make this open concept home perfect for a vacation near the beach, which is just a 5 minute walk away. The amenities abound with activities for everybody: pool, pickle ball court, ping pong, large screen televisions in every room, outdoor fireplace, porch swing and so much more! There are many sweet quiet nooks as well for relaxing. The bright open and airy feel of this home simply lifted me to a a new level of relaxation. I loved it and will definitely come back.

Not only is this house beautiful, but has a great location! Easy walk to the beach, close to restaurants, and shopping. The house is clean with luxurious finishes. I enjoyed starting and ending my day relaxing by the pool in the private backyard. Will definitely stay again!

Our Family had a FABULOUS time at this home. We rented it during the off season and it turned out to be everyone's best trip to 30A. This house was perfect for entertaining all 3 of our families. Everyone had plenty of space, the location was just perfect. We walked to the beach everyday and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The home was absolutely beautiful and everyone preferred to stay in most of the trip. The outdoor kitchen area was a family favorite, but when you add along a PICKLEBALL COURT, ping pong table, swimming pool-you can truly say "this home had it all"! We will definitely be returning. The only problem was having to leave:(

Amazing home! Beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of amenities and space for multiple families. Fantastic pool area, outdoor kitchen, pickleball court, ping pong table, bikes, and within walking distance to the beach. We were totally spoiled here and won't be happy anywhere else! Can't wait to come back!

We spent an extra long weekend on 30A earlier this month. I loved the layout and clean aesthetic of this rental. It accommodated four families comfortably with plenty of privacy. The fenced in backyard was was an important feature for us. Luckily the pool was heated because 50 degree weather didn't stop the kids, lol. The home is conveniently located between Watersound and Alys Beach.

Our stay was brilliant! We were in town for a wedding and could not have chosen a better place to stay. The house is really easy to get to. The house itself is lovely inside and out. I really enjoyed having my coffee in the sun on the pool deck in the morning. It was a peaceful ritual before all the festivities. The bed was also very comfortable and welcoming at the end of a long, fun night. I would recommend this rental without hesitation.

We were very comfortable. The rental is beautiful, well equipped and maintained well. We are considering another trip in the spring and would like to stay here again if it's available.

Perfection on 30A
We had an amazing stay at Relax INN by the Sea. I love love the all white interior decor and open space. The fireplace on the back porch and heated pool were perfection on the cool fall nights. These are some of my favorite things about the rental. We will definitely rent here again.
