Pelican Pines is your ultimate vacation dream home! This beautifully appointed home boasts 3 stunning bedrooms with a bonus bunk room and carriage house. The first floor features an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining room, living area, and master bedroom. You will love relaxing in the cozy living room featuring a plush sofa, and large mounted flat-screen television. The nearby dining area offers seating for 6 people, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen boasts premium steel appliances, beautiful custom cabinetry, and granite counter tops. In addition, there is a full bath also located on the first floor.

The screened porch behind the home is spacious with plenty of seating and a flat screen TV. The built-in ceiling heaters warm the screened porch area on those crisp fall mornings and evenings.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund less a $175 cancellation fee. Cancel between 29-14 days prior to arrival for a 50% refund of the reservation total. No refund for any cancellations or shortened stays made less than 14 days prior to arrival.

Pelican Pines was the perfect spot for our family vacation! Everyone had their own space and I loved how the upstairs bedrooms both had king beds and en-suite bathrooms. The bunk room is perfect for kids and our teen daughter loved having her own space in the carriage house! For me, the screened-in back porch was the highlight of the house. I spent many hours out there reading, relaxing, and drinking coffee. It felt completely private and secluded!
The beach is a short bike ride away and some of our favorite spots (Old Florida Fish House, Buddy's Market, Kahve and Cream) are right across the road. Our experience couldn't have been better!

Pelican Pines exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time in Seagrove, and the home was perfect for us. Very spacious, super clean, and great location. The bikes were fun for exploring 30A, and the golf cart was helpful when we wanted to go to the beach. Can't wait to come back!

This house was close to our favorite beach access. We loved the backyard and ate on the screened porch for almost every meal. The instruction app was very helpful as was the instruction manual in the house. It had everything we needed to know about the house to have a great time.

It was perfect. The check in, and detailed instructions on everything you needed to know for your stay was so great. The house was beautiful- above expectations- beds were super comfy! House was sparkling clean. Kitchen well appointed with all the plates, pots, glasses and things you need for a large group. - the pool location was perfect - the bikes were an added bonus and used every day. The golf cart provided was a must! It was all lovely and made for a comfortable- stress free and fun vacation.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled or shortened by notifying Exclusive 30A in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to your Check¬-In date (“Cancellation Period”). Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund minus the $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made between 31-59 days of the arrival date forfeit 50% of the full reservation amount and the $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 30 days of the arrival date forfeit the full reservation amount. Cancellation after check-in or early departure is not eligible for any refund of rent or deposit. Travel insurance is available to purchase for an additional fee.
