Located on 30A and adjacent to Rosemary Beach, you may never need to get in your car once you arrive.

The rental is very nice and jam packed with extras. It was perfect for our family of four (two older kids). The Pointe has a very family-friendly atmosphere. Beach access is close by and the beach chair set up for guests is awesome! BBB serves breakfast and lunch by the pool. Everything on the menu is excellent!

I surprised my husband with a kid-free trip here for our 10th anniversary. Everything was AWESOME!! The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. It came with bikes and beach chair setup. The beach is an easy ride. The condo is also close to Rosemary Beach and our favorite rooftop bar at the Pearl. We were also surprised to find out that the condo has a rooftop bar AND Big Bad Breakfast serves breakfast and lunch by the pool! Very cool place!!

My wife and I stayed in early June. The weather was absolutely perfect. There is so much to do at The Pointe without even leaving the complex. The pool is gorgeous and we could get a cocktail and watch the sunset from the rooftop bar. The Big Bad Breakfast is right downstairs. The condo was comfortable and well maintained. We've already booked another trip later this summer.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled or shortened by notifying Exclusive 30A in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to your Check¬-In date (“Cancellation Period”). Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund minus the $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made between 31-59 days of the arrival date forfeit 50% of the full reservation amount and the $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 30 days of the arrival date forfeit the full reservation amount. Cancellation after check-in or early departure is not eligible for any refund of rent or deposit. Travel insurance is available to purchase for an additional fee.
