The house was perfect for our 11 guest. Kitchen was well equipped. The grandkids loved the pool and bunk room! The golf cart was great and was used to get to Camp Watercolor and The Beach Club where we had our beach set ups. Overall the trip and house were perfect.

Rental company very helpful. House was as described. Beautiful inside and out. Only a couple of tiny maintenance issues. Inclusion of bikes and golf cart was great. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Our biggest disappointment was that you cannot arrange for the pool to be heated after April and it was absolutely frigid even at the end of May. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood and less than five minutes to Publix grocery. Short golf cart ride to beach, beach club, several shops and restaurants, boathouse, and beautiful cerulean Park. Definitely recommend

This was our first time visiting Watercolor and our time here has made us all believers. The home we chose was perfect. Beautiful home, area was awesome and all the amenities associated were perfect. We will definitely make this a priority spot for the future.

First timer to Watercolors and renting at Neenie's Heaven #1. We had a great time with family during our weeks stay. The home was perfect our our needs. We had two minor issues during the week, but the rental company responded with immediate help both times.

We loved Neenie’s heaven. Booking was a breeze. Very friendly gentleman politely answered all of my questions. The home was extraordinary and had the touches of home to make everything comfortable. Everything was spotless. Nice linens and plenty of kitchen supplies were helpful. We enjoyed the pool and kitchen so much. The bunk beds were a huge hit! Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again!

We had 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 12, 4, 4 and 1). All adults had their own room and bathroom. Kids love sleeping in the bunk room. Home was very clean with updated furnishings. Pool was great. Overall we loved this place.

Only minor issues were: The grill outside did not work properly, as only a 1/3 of the burners worked. We had a snafu with the golf cart because new homeowner locked the golf cart away, but the management company resolved it by the next morning. Lastly, not all the TV's had cable access, which wasn't that big of a deal as we rarely watched tv.

Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend anyone to stay at this property in the future. 30A is an area of the US that cannot be beat. We'll be back for sure.

My Husband and I brought our kids and grandkids to Watercolor for the first time and it will not be our last. The house was a perfect set up for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a perfect set up for our grandchildren and the hot tub was much enjoyed on a few cooler days. The golf cart was made getting back and forth to the pools and beach so easy (not sure you would want to do this without a golf cart as parking is really limited).

This was the best solution for our children and grandchildren from different states to come together and have a wonderful thanksgiving. For the grandchildren it was the first time they got to experience the ocean.

I don’t write reviews about homes as often as I probably should, but this one had so many special touches that I wanted to tell the owner and management company how much I appreciated our family vacation in this home. It was our (estimated) 13th time in Watercolor and this is the first home I’d rebook. The home quality is the best I’ve seen so far. Pool and spa, High quality mattresses and bedding- We called to ask about the pillows. I ordered them for my own home. I’m trying to think of a negative and there just wasn’t one. Again, thank you.
