We had 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 12, 4, 4 and 1). All adults had their own room and bathroom. Kids love sleeping in the bunk room. Home was very clean with updated furnishings. Pool was great. Overall we loved this place.

Only minor issues were: The grill outside did not work properly, as only a 1/3 of the burners worked. We had a snafu with the golf cart because new homeowner locked the golf cart away, but the management company resolved it by the next morning. Lastly, not all the TV's had cable access, which wasn't that big of a deal as we rarely watched tv.

Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend anyone to stay at this property in the future. 30A is an area of the US that cannot be beat. We'll be back for sure.

My Husband and I brought our kids and grandkids to Watercolor for the first time and it will not be our last. The house was a perfect set up for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a perfect set up for our grandchildren and the hot tub was much enjoyed on a few cooler days. The golf cart was made getting back and forth to the pools and beach so easy (not sure you would want to do this without a golf cart as parking is really limited).

This was the best solution for our children and grandchildren from different states to come together and have a wonderful thanksgiving. For the grandchildren it was the first time they got to experience the ocean.

I don’t write reviews about homes as often as I probably should, but this one had so many special touches that I wanted to tell the owner and management company how much I appreciated our family vacation in this home. It was our (estimated) 13th time in Watercolor and this is the first home I’d rebook. The home quality is the best I’ve seen so far. Pool and spa, High quality mattresses and bedding- We called to ask about the pillows. I ordered them for my own home. I’m trying to think of a negative and there just wasn’t one. Again, thank you.

Easily one of the best rental homes yet! Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was not just beautiful but also perfect for multiple families without being on top of each other. Everyone enjoyed every moment! We sat by the fire pit and watched a movie, got in the hot tub and made countless memories. I’m not sure we’ll be able to rent a place without a pool now- there wasn’t a cutting board but someone brought me one in about 30 minutes. Wonderful home.

My family loved this house! The interior of this home has a modern updated look that made it feel fresh and current unlike many of the other homes I've stayed in in Watercolor before. The pool was large and well situated with a direct walk out from the living room kitchen area – this really made it feel luxurious and like I was truly on vacation. We loved having the golf cart and bikes to get around and sitting by the firepit outside. I would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again!
