Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund less a $175 cancellation fee. Cancel between 29-14 days prior to arrival for a 50% refund of the reservation total. No refund for any cancellations or shortened stays made less than 14 days prior to arrival.

Great house with a super easy walk to the beach. We had 9 adults plus a 2 year old in the house and didn’t feel cramped. Loved the pool and the outdoor living area. Our only issue was that a smoke alarm low battery signal went off in the middle of the night. There was no answer at the property management office 24 hour emergency line. Property was awesome and would highly recommend!
You will not regret booking this home for your next vacation! It is set up for families to gather, yet there are multiple living spaces for everyone to spread out and relax. We made great use of both the beautiful kitchen and the backyard, and the bedrooms are both clean and comfortable. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood both relaxing and lively with the beach just across the street! Easy walk with some really cool shops and local restaurants nearby.
This absolutely beautiful home which is well maintained and has everything you could need! The property was extremely clean. The location is perfect -- very close to the beach and restaurants. The owners/management were kind and very responsive. We would highly recommend the property to our friends and plan to return again ourselves! We loved spending time at the pool, walking to the nearby restaurants, and most of all spending time relaxing on the gorgeous beach.
Beautiful home! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Bikes, heated pool and outdoor fireplace were an added plus. Wonderful location on the less congested side of 30A. Owners of the home were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
This is a beautiful house that was well stocked to meet all our needs. Unfortunately, we had terribly cold weather all week and couldn't take advantage of the pool, bikes and close proximity to the beach. Even though there is a gas fireplace outside it doesn't have a blower to put out heat, it's more for ambiance. Patio style heaters would help for outside seating and dining. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking large meals and there was plenty of dishes, glassware and utensils.
An absolute gorgeous home and even better customer service! My husband and son loved every minute of it. Highly recommended!
