Relax in this professionally decorated, open condo in the heart of Watercolor. Updates added in 2021! This ultra chic condo is the best of the best, with luxurious touches, plush bedding, and stunning views. With an open floor plan and ample outdoor living spaces, this home is spacious and comfortable for up to 4 people. Enjoy the view of Cerulean Park from either the screened in or covered porch. The King suite includes its own wrap around balcony for added privacy!

The luxe king suite has lots of natural light plus curtains for more restful moments. The private en suite bath includes a dual vanity and combination shower with garden tub. Additional sleeping is available on a queen bed in a private space off the main living area, and features a custom platform bed with built in storage, private balcony access, and Pine Cone Hill linens. An additional Full bath is available with a walk in shower.

*Nightly and Weekly Rates available year round with seasonal minimums. Reservation requests are subject to confirmation based on departure day. You will be called within 24 hours of booking request to confirm reservation request. *

Beautiful condo in a great location ❤️

It was beautiful and very convenient to Everything. If you are a golfer, just give yourself plenty of time to get there. The food was amazing at FOOW❤️❤️. Also, the wedding was perfect and everyone loved it. It was at watercolor Lakehouse. Thank you again ❤️⛱��

Christmas on 30A

Pros:
Great location near the beach and the center of watercolor.
Quick walk to seaside.
Pet friendly near the park.

Cons:
The condo was clean, but felt older...needs to be updated.
Wish it had a nespresso machine.
The hot water runs out quickly for the shower.

Great location

our stay at this location, was great. We were within a short walk to the beach and pools. Also, there were many eating options within walking distance. I knew going in this was a pet friendly location, but in some areas of the home the floors had not been swept or vacuumed enough to remove whom ever had stayed before and they’re Pet. I would recommend more seating on the back porch with cushions. It was great to know that there were elevators available to the third-floor. Overall I give this day a three out of five stars

Best Location

Parked our car and walked everywhere we needed to go! There was 4 of us that stayed in the Lighthouse Loft. Our son slept on the couch and my daughter grabbed the 2nd bed. Loved the location, decor, and wish we could've stayed longer.

Awesome!

We had a wonderful time. Location was great. It was easy to walk to pool and beach. So relaxing. The only thing we had trouble with was getting TVs to work. I eventually figured out how to get the tv to scan for available channels, then we were able to watch tv. Ultimately, it was a minor technical issue. We highly recommend.

Anniversary

The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. There were a few minor glitches from our perspective. There were two bathrooms, and the master had a double sink but ONLY ONE hand towel, also, only ONE garbage bag in the kitchen. My question is for this nice place and the cost there should have been at least one more hand towel and one or two extra garbage bags! Is that too much to ask?
But overall, a lovely place to stay, nice cutlery, dishes and cooking utensils.
Would we stay there again, probably as we appreciated the place and location

Lighthouse Loft Review

Good stay overall but did have a few technical issues with the unit. Light bulbs out, outlets not working, tv remote "guide" feature doesn't work and audio doesn't match to video. Also, washer ruined a t shirt with a dark brown stain. Location, however is wonderful and we enjoyed the back deck. It was a good size for our family of 4.

Cozy and Quaint

The Lighthouse is cozy and quaint, but a bit worn. The Master bed squeaks when You sit and is too soft.

We agree that Lighthouse Loft is cozy! That sectional sofa is so plush you won't want to get up! The home was completely redecorated a few years ago, including all new furniture throughout the home, new carpets, and new luxury bedding. Our maintenance team has tightened the bed frame to address the squeaks.

Ammenity Cards were not under thr floor mat upon arrival. Had to call local rep for cards. Only one hanger in unit. Rep said she would bring hangers following morning. NEVER heard from rep again. Patio door lock not functional. While lock appears to be on, door can be easily pushed from the outside to gain entry. Outdoor shutter hanging on by just ONE hinge. Unit needs broom. Above all, unit needs a definite toilet paper upgrade. Master bed ruffle needs cleaning.

We loved the beautiful beachy lighthouse loft!

We walked in and immediately felt like home with the all white decor and beachy feel we have in Texas. The location was perfect and the condo was as clean as possible. And very spacious for a 2 bedroom condo. We loved the outdoor area. All we would change would be to have more toilet paper, and other essentials such as laundry detergent, and salt and pepper. Plus the coffee pot wasn�t working properly and was very light weak coffee. It looked more like tea. We love amavida though and walked for coffee every morning or went to the delicious black bear! We loved our stay and would love to book again. Also, FYI, we could t get any of the other balcony doors to open other than the mains. The left door had trouble closing all the way as well 🙂 my review is all 5�s

We loved the location and the condo. Very comfortable. The only thing was the kitchen could have been a bit better equipped but we made use of everything that was there. It is beautiful and would love to stay there again. We rented bikes and biked everywhere!!! and of course the beach was unbeatable!!!

Beach Getaway

Overall our experience was lovely. The loft was nicely decorated and well equipped. A few weak areas are master mattress is in bad condition, vanity in master bath badly chipped and unsightly, tub in master bath stained and aged, shower door in hall bath will not close well, tv in main room old and not a real clear picture as well as noticed oven comes out of cabinet when opening it up. Also no cushions for outdoor furniture which was not awful but the wicker is uncomfortable without a cushion. As a former owner of a townhome in Watercolor for 8 years, I know upkeep on units is hard so these are my observations which you may think are quite picky but we always tried to keep ours at the highest comfort level for our guests to enjoy. One thing I assumed was that we received 2 bikes with our rental which I found out we did not but that was my fault for assuming that. In the past we always got those with rental as part of the price of rental. Also in the past use of pools was part of the package as well which I did not realize we had to pay a fee for. I find it sad that with cost of rental, bikes and pool use are not included but I guess your company has no control over that. We had great customer service, property was clean and definitely recommend vacationing in Watercolor. We loved being able to come back and enjoy it's beauty.

Perfect Place to Stay for a long weekend!

This was a quick getaway for the girls in our family. The Lighthouse Loft was the perfect accommodation for the 4 of us. The location is perfect for jumping on your bike or the sidewalk to get to Seaside or to the Watercolor pool and beach. Easy access to shops and food! The patios were great for the morning and evening. It was clean and comfortable!

We had a great experience at the Lighthouse Loft. It has a great location, and I was very happy with how clean the property was. We did have one issue where the handle of the master bathroom locked us out. We reported the problem, but we were able to get in before maintenance arrived. We told 30a we no longer needed service, and they said they would repair it prior to their next arrival. I would totally recommend this for your vacation!

Wonderful Getaway Trip

We love the place and love the location. The only issues we had were that the TV in the living area never worked for us. I'm sure we just didn't know what buttons to push but we ended up watching TV in the bedroom. Also, the bathroom in the master bath will lock if you shut the door. We had to use a credit card to get it open. Other than that, the place was clean, the decorations were lovely and getting in and checking out were a piece of cake.

Last minute Lighthouse Loft visit

The location was excellent for quick access to the Beach Club/Beach and parking was close by for easy in and outs.
We weren't crazy about the location of the second bedroom, but we realize a "loft" is sometimes close quarters. The pocket door from the kitchen to the bedroom has a broken grab latch and very hard to get closed. light bulbs were out and the television in the master bedroom has a mind of it's turns on and off for no reason. Please place some TV guides in the unit.

Perfect place for a small number of guests

This is our second time staying in this rental. I am extremely picky about cleanliness and condition of rentals and have been staying on 30A for over 20 years. We vacation in watercolor two to three times a year. We usually have a very large party, but when I can get away with just a few ppl, staying in a watercolor condo is the best!
This rental is in the absolute perfect location. You don't pay the costs of a gulf front, yet you are in a fabulous location. Close parking and the elevator leads right down to the wine bar and shopping. We love to grab a great dinner and scoot right upstairs. Very convenient to great shopping and right across the street you have more shopping and the beach club with beach access and fish out of water for a wonderful dinner or breakfast.
The condo is very clean as are all of exclusive 30A rentals. The decor has been recently changed and it is very clean, and calming. Beautiful. The bedding and beds are extremely comfortable. This is very important to me. To be clean and luxuriously comfortable. There is a very nice tv I'm in the main room as well as the master bedroom.
The second bedroom works well for us as my daughter loves opening the doors and being able to watch the big tv in the main room if she is wanting to watch videos in bed. It has nice little balconies off of every room.

Once again, Exclusive 30A has exceeding our expectations. If you ever have any questions or issues come up, they handle it right away, even after hours.

The one issue we have run into with staying in the condos in this location is with trash Pickup. There are several dumpsters right outside of all of these condos in this side of 30A. They empty them early in the morning. It isn't an issue if you happen to be up. Usually, we are but if you happen to need to sleep in, it can be a pain. Still think it's worth it for the rest of the positives and would definitely stay here again.

This condo was in a great location and was perfect for our quick getaway! The home was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the close proximity to Seaside and all the restaurants.
The home is close to the dumpsters and the you can hear them being emptied every morning at 6:30, but our overall experience was wonderful!

Watercolor Fun

The Lighthouse Loft was a great location and clean. There are a few updates needed for a perfect stay. King Mattress in the bedroom needs to be replaced, a little worn out and not comfortable. Need to update TV equipment or have easy to read instructions. We cound never get DVD playner to work. But still a very nice unit and had a great time. Also it would be nice if the Watercolor access cards and parking tags were included and at condo.
