Perched atop one of the highest points in all of Seaside, Diamond in the Sky offers beautiful views of Seaside. Spanning across two entire floors to craft a truly remarkable luxury retreat. This penthouse offers more than 3, 300 square feet of perfectly curated spaces, accented with plentiful views, charming details, and one of the best vistas of the community.

Designed with privacy and easy living at the forefront, the top level of the home offers an open concept living-dining-culinary space accented with a full-length row of floor-to-ceiling windows, pecky cypress cabinets and french doors leading to an oversized covered balcony overlooking the town square. The top level of the home also gifts a guest ensuite with attached bunk room/nursery space for additional accommodations.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund less a $175 cancellation fee. Cancel between 29-14 days prior to arrival for a 50% refund of the reservation total. No refund for any cancellations or shortened stays made less than 14 days prior to arrival.

LOVE this place. It was even better than I imagined. Everything is stunning. We didn't need our car until it was time to leave. We had groceries delivered, every where we wanted to eat was literally right outside, and one night we splurged on a private chef. Fantastic condo.

The location is the best. So nice to go downstairs anything you could want to do. The lay out of this home is amazing and the elevator solved all problems for our guests with bad knees. Management team did an amazing job. Thanks for a fabulous vacation.

We loved the location and the view. It was clean & nicely decorated. Wonderful shower in the master bathroom. We were disappointed with a 5 pm check in time and then a 10 a.m. checkout however.

It is just across the street from Seaside beach access, and the community pool is very close too. We had front row seats to the gorgeous sunset over the water from our balcony and the roof. We met up with some friends from home and invited them up for drinks. They're still talking about it!

Diamond in the Sky takes the cake for the best rental in Seaside! We couldn't get over the views of all of Seaside and the Gulf. There is plenty of space to hang out and catch some rays. We invited a few friends over and they could not get over the rooftop setup. That was my favorite part. The huge windows and large balcony were a few of my wife's favorite features. We had private access to the beach and Seaside pools.

I am very happy with our stay in Diamond in the Sky. The photos provided by the management company are very good but seeing it in person is something else. The apartment is very large and airy and the interior design is modern and beachy. It rained during our trip so we didn't get to spend as much time on the roof as we would have liked. Next time! The location was perfect. Yoga, the farmer's market, restaurants, shops, everything we could ask for was right downstairs.

This rental is unbelievable. We always wanted to stay right on Seaside Square so we were excited when this rental was available for our dates. The rooftop was equipped with space to eat, lounge and enjoy the view. It was cool to see all the action going on from above. We enjoyed the beach, shopping, grabbing a drink and a burger at Bud and Alley's. Obviously having reserved parking spots was a huge convenience.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled or shortened by notifying Exclusive 30A in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to your Check¬-In date (“Cancellation Period”). Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund minus the $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made between 31-59 days of the arrival date forfeit 50% of the full reservation amount and the $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 30 days of the arrival date forfeit the full reservation amount. Cancellation after check-in or early departure is not eligible for any refund of rent or deposit. Travel insurance is available to purchase for an additional fee.
