Welcome to the Crown of 30A. Our 5,600 square foot new luxury home in Dune Allen is the vacation home of dreams. The designer built home merges incredible beach style, a fabulous floor plan with ample room for up to 20 guests, and top of the line amenities throughout. You will not want to miss out on this stunning beach home packed with amenities. We are putting the finishing touches on this brand new home for our firsts guests to arrive for Spring Break 2022.

**Nightly and weekly rentals with flexible arrival dates available with seasonal minimums. Reservation requests are subject to confirmation by Exclusive 30A and you will be contacted within 24 hours of reservation request with approval or alternatives provided. **

This is far and away the best vacation rental we have ever experienced. House is fantastic with everything you could ever want from pool, to luxury finishes to a putting green. It is large and very well done. Great location and GREAT house managers with impeccable service. We will be back for sure.

This home is absolutely stunning!! I have stayed in several places on 30A and this is the best one by far. The owners thought of everything. The home is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is unbelievable with a table that seats 16 people. Every floor has a sitting area and each bedroom is a private oasis. The view of the ocean on the porch is breathtaking. The walk to the beach is only 200 steps and having a restaurant we could walk to made it very convenient. The golf cart is large and we used it to get around since there are so many places to eat and things to do in the area. Having our own private pool and hot tub made the vacation even more enjoyable. I cannot say enough complimentary things about this property. I highly recommend it.

Crown of 30 A is nothing short of perfection! The views are stunning and the location is ideal. Close enough to walk to dinner, and just steps to the beach. Each bedroom is appointed with fine linens, the mattresses are super comfortable, and the decor is very elegant. This home has everything you could dream of in a vacation home. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect!! We loved the high end decor and beautiful views!! They have definitely covered every detail. So nice to lay in bed, see the ocean, and have “Alexa” play music and control the TV!! Linens are beautiful, beds are amazing and so comfortable, bathrooms and closets are spacious and bright!! Just a few steps to the beach, so it was nice to walk down in the evenings with a drink and watch the sunset. This home is certainly a FIVE star and deserves the title “The Crown of 30A”!!!

This home was beyond what we could have imagined! Ultimate elegance! As soon as we entered, we were thrilled! The bedrooms were spacious, equipped with every detail, and had the most beautiful views. The kitchen, with state of the art appliances, is open and allowed all of us to be together for meals. The pool and jacuzzi gave us a private getaway right in our own backyard. We were able to walk to the beach as well as the most popular bar and restaurant in the area! The convenience of this location, along with the luxury details of the home, made this vacation the exact getaway our family was looking for! We are still not over it! We will return again and again. 5 Star everything! Top of the line with the best views on 30A. Loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy the lake on one side and the Gulf in front. We ate at Stinkys twice and it was convenient to walk there - took less than a minute door to door. Super close to groceries at Publix, Vue 30A, Perfect Pig, and Shunk Gulley. We ate out for lunch and dinner every night, and only repeated once at Stinkys because it was so easy. The beach access was fantastic and we loved the ramp option instead of the stairs. We could easily walk back to the house for breaks, but the beach access also had restrooms. Super convenient. Movie night was an event thanks to the surround sound and giant TVs. We also learned who the pool hustlers were in the group. We cant wait to go back!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Changes. Reservations may be cancelled or shortened by notifying Exclusive 30A in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to your Check­-In date (“Cancellation Period”). Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund minus the $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made between 31-59 days of the arrival date forfeit 50% of the full reservation amount and the $175 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 30 days of the arrival date forfeit the full reservation amount. Cancellation after check in or early departure is not eligible for any refund of rent or deposit. This cancellation policy excludes reservations at Inlet Reunion #57, Inlet Reunion #75 Cool Breeze #71 and Eyes on Sunrise #23 or rescheduled reservations using credit vouchers issued between March 14, 2020 and August 17, 2020 which have a separate cancellation policy outlined in the included amendment. Travel insurance is available to purchase for an additional fee.
