Welcome to Coral Cottage! This inviting home was decorated by our design team and is located in the quiet Crossings section of Watercolor. Coral Cottage offers warm, cozy, and chic interiors as well as a spectacular location. Across from the Dragonfly pool and only 0.6 miles to the Gulf, you will love being close to it all. With room for up to 12 in 5 bedrooms, your family will enjoy the spacious layout. Complimentary use of 4 bikes and a 6 seater golf cart available (some restrictions).

*Nightly and Weekly Rates available year round with seasonal minimums. Reservation requests are subject to confirmation based on departure day. You will be called within 24 hours of booking request to confirm reservation request. *

- Complimentary Use of a 6 seater golf cart - only to be driven within Watercolor for easier access to community pools, Camp Watercolor, and the Watercolor Beach Club. Golf cart not available for travel along 30A or to Seaside
- Complimentary Use of 4 bikes (some restrictions)
- 5 minute bike ride or golf cart ride to Camp Watercolor. The kids and young at heart will love the lazy river and water slides available at the three pools here.

Our new favorite vacation spot!

This was our first trip to Watercolor and we were blown away!

The house is absolutely gorgeous. I am a neat freak with very high standards for cleanliness and I was very comfortable here. The bedrooms in this house are huge. Aside from the bunk room, every bedroom is Master Bedroom size. There is an outside closet full of beach toys and chairs - so nice to not have to bring any of that from home. The house also came with a golf cart that we used daily. We didn't realize how fun the golf cart would be, especially for the kids. It's a must-have for a Watercolor trip and I'm so grateful the house provided one so we didn't have to rent. Another thing we really enjoyed was the big covered porch. There is plenty of outdoor seating and we spent a lot of time out here relaxing. The house came with 4 bikes which we used every day. They really thought of everything and more in this home and we were extremely comfortable and relaxed here the whole time.

The Watercolor neighborhood is incredible. The dragonfly pool just around the corner was a nice quiet place to swim and there were usually only a couple of people there every time we went. Camp watercolor was an easy 5 minute bike ride with waterslides and a lazy river. The beach club was about 10 minutes away on the bike and has 3 pools and places to get food. Everything in this neighborhood is pristinely taken care of and beautiful. We had 2 sets of grandparents with us on this trip and they are still raving about how amazing it all was, and our kids said this was even better than Disney World! Exclusive 30A provided outstanding customer service from start to finish and we would 100% stay in this house again. We have been all over 30A and Watercolor is our new favorite. We were planning the next trip before we even got home. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!!

Coral Cottage revie

We loved our stay at Coral Cottage. It was even better than we planned. the house was very clean and well-maintained and has all the necessary items we needed. the management team was very responsive when needed for a few very minor issues. The amenities at Watercolor were amazing. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again with my family.

Great place to stay and very clean

We had a great vacation and the house was the perfect amount of space. It was spotless when we arrived and felt very clean. We did have some issues with the internet/wifi which was very slow or didn’t work half the time and the golf cart, while a huge perk, really was on its last leg. Also, and this is a small thing, the tip of the iron was broken which I didn’t notice until it left pulls and tears on my dress. Those are small things compared to the house though which was great! The location is further back in watercolor but still only a quick cart ride to the beach and other amenities. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay but think mgmt should address the other small issues.

Great weekend at Watercolor!

We had a wonderful time at coral cottage. I loved the layout and it was very comfortable & clean. The location is fantastic for making quick trips to Publix and you are not far from the beach. Since the weather was cool during our stay, we walked everywhere. In the summer the golf cart will be great to have!

Awesome house!

Our family of 5 booked our stay at this property last minute and are so glad we did. The house had more than enough room for us and was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is very well stocked and the house even has a very nice brand new grill (as well as any grilling tools needing, even a probe thermometer). There is plenty of comfortable seating both in the living room as well as the outdoor living areas. The beds were extremely comfortable. Access to all of the Watercolor amenities was easy with the provided golf cart. As an added bonus, there were also beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella provided (although the beach chairs were not in great shape). We would definitely stay here again!

Great rental!

Our small family had the best time at this house! We had plenty of space to spread out and everything was clean and comfortable. The house was very well organized with labels for dishes and pantry items. The beach toys in the outside closet were a plus! The golf cart made it easy to get to the beach club each day and restaurants in Watercolor. We enjoyed being on the quieter side of Watercolor and would love to come back. The rental company was great to deal with. We had several questions and they responded quickly and professionally!

Wonderful rental for our vacation!

We were a group of 10 family members (3 generations), and also part of a 36 member extended family trip. Our vacation home was beautiful, clean, had all the 'special' touches (Hello! Ice Machine!!) we could want. The location was great, and we were able to share the neighborhood with other families in our group. Having the golf cart & bicycles was also great.

Delightful Week!

We had a wonderful time in Watercolor! We have 3 families that travel together every year, including 6 young girls. The house provided a bed for everyone and room for the girls to play. We loved the Dragonfly pool! Watercolor offers so much for everyone. While the house sleeps 12, it was quite packed with all of us. Would be a perfect house for sleeping 10 or less. The screened in porch was fabulous! The golf cart was great to get around Watercolor but definitely needs maintenance. We had issues with the lock code on the door that wasn't every resolved even though the property manager tried. We ended up having to keep a door unlocked so we could access the house.

Wonderful stay at the beach!

We have been going to the 30-a area for many years but this was our first stay in Watercolor. This house was perfect! Our 5 kids really enjoyed the bikes and golf cart. We liked having access to all of Watercolor’s amenities. The kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook meals. TVs in all the rooms and fast internet was a plus when we needed to get some school work done. The house was also spotless upon check in. We’re ready to book for next year!

The perfect family vacation

84 Coral Cottage was our very favorite house for our family. We loved the screened porch and the proximity to the pool. We will be back!! The only downside was the wifi was weak and we were unable to watch tv in most of the bedrooms, which may have been a blessing in disguise, 🙂

Great House

Our stay was wonderful. The property was very clean. The furniture was comfortable. The house is situated in a nice location. The pictures accurately display the house. We love Watercolor. The only reason I did not give a 5 star review was because the golf carts brakes were not working and it was taken for repair for 3 full days (which I understand things happen). The property management team was very prompt. 🙂

We love Watercolor and all of the amenities. The house was lovely, perfect for our two families. Many of the lights flickered and there was no full length mirror in any of the bedrooms.

Fun week in 30-A!

We had a great time during our stay at Coral Cottage #84! This was our first time in the area, but we will definitely be back. Everyone had a wonderful time...adults, teens, kids. The house was clean, well laid-out...and in a great location - a quiet neighborhood with just a short ride to all of the fun! Having access to all of the WaterColor amenities was a definite plus too.

Beautiful home

Overall, we had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and loved having a golf cart and bikes available. We were frustrated with the one beach access entrance and that being the only place to get towels, other than Camp Watercolor. Towels should be accessible at other places too. They were totally out of towels one day which was frustrating. Parking was another issue. Too many people trying to access the beach through one place. Pools were crazy too. Beach chairs were pricey and they ran out. Not good when you are going on vacation to go to the beach and you can't access chairs or towels. As much money as this place cost, the amenities and organization of things were lacking.
In the house, there should be full length mirrors in baths or bedrooms and makeup mirrors. Also, we had an issue with an alarm going off-nothing serious, but the maintenance guy couldn't check things out as he was an hour away. There should be more accessible help after hours. Fortunately, it was nothing serious. The refrigerator coils were dirty. The maintenance guy was super nice and we appreciated his help the next day. Also, the coffee pot kept telling us that it needed cleaned and as a result wouldn't brew the whole pot completely. That should have been corrected before we got there. Also, the iron shot out rust when we used it- all over my white pants and stained them. .We've been to several resorts and felt that we were well cared for. We didn't really feel that here. Not a lot of personal touches. I would still recommend this place, just a bit disappointed from what I expected.

Loved our stay and Exclusive 30A staff.

Exclusive 30A kept us informed and check In was easy. The house was lovely but both master bedrooms had large stains on decorative bed pillows and chair in downstairs downstairs bedroom needed refreshing. I would have liked one or two extra towels in each bathroom. I know there are laundry facilities and soap , but in a ‘ luxury house’ just a few extra towels would be nice. Also, hand shower in downstairs master bath didn’t work. Location was good and we had a
wonderful trip. Sorry to complain, but hope this info is helpful.

Gorgeous House Terrible Property Manager

My family was there during spring break from March 17 to March 22. The home itself and the location is more than what we could have asked for. I booked this home early fall as I knew the best homes get booked right away. This home was advertised to have 4 bikes and a "functioning"golf cart.

Strike 1: Upon arrival we took the golf cart for a ride and the entire panel where the ignition is located fell in completely. I immediately called the property manager and I was informed that no one was available and that I would have to wait until the next day. Mind you, this is already 6:30PM is it getting dark and they are advising me to just leave the golf cart and wait until the next day. My husband and a friend were able to find a phillips screwdriver and fix the panel so we could not be stranded and get the golf cart home. The next day the property manager did not call nor attempt to locate us to find out about the golf cart until after I made contact with them at 11:30 AM.

Strike 2: After taking the golf cart for a ride, it quickly ran out of power after only traveling a quarter of a mile and charging all night. Again we called the property manager to let them know that the golf cart was not charging correctly and lost another full day of using the golf cart. Someone came and looked at it but did not really fix the problem.

Strike 3: after charging all night the meter read "E" every time we tried to use it I called a third time. This is when I really lost my cool. I was told that even though the meter read "E" it was OK to use. So, this is the equivalent of driving your motor vehicle with easy and not knowing how much gas you have?? This is the most ridiculous answer I have ever heard. When I balked, their fix was to disconnect the meter! Terrible service from Jackie & Lauren.

The best Fall Break ever!

We had an amazing vacation. The home was perfect. One of the best we have stayed at in the past 18 years. It was perfect for our group of 3 families. The location while not on the beach gave us the best of both worlds of very close beach access and a very relaxing neighborhood communinty with tons of amenities. The layout of the house was perfect and cleanliness was very good.

4th of July Vacation

Overall very nice. There were a few issues with the property that could have been avoided if the rental agency had checked the property thoroughly prior to renting it.
1. the guest bathroom door on the first floor would jam and lock folks inside - the door hardware needs to be replaced to fix this issue
2. the upstairs shower retained standing water - we used drano to fix this issue
3. the golf cart was not properly charged when we arrived so a guide to properly charging the cart would be helpful for guests as there are 2 different charging devices
4. the coffee pot does not keep your coffee hot after the initial pot has been made

Great Family Getaway Week !

Loved the Home ! Lots of room for everyone to spread out ! All the large bedrooms & baths were a plus ! We even enjoyed the nice kitchen for cooking a few meals, snacks and just gathering ! Since the weather was perfect, we really found family time out on the porches. We rented an electric cart & bikes for touring locally in the area. Convenient to beach & shopping ! Plenty of visitor parking. Had a great week ! Hated to leave ! Also, the Hospitality App was convenient for staying in touch ! 5 Stars !
