Featuring an open concept floor plan, the main living space is refreshing and relaxing w/ its mix of chic decor + comfort. The main living room includes plush sofa and flat screen TV. The adjacent dining room includes dining for 6 under the artistic lighting and nearby breakfast bar seating for 4. A full gourmet kitchen is stocked w/ everything you need for meal prep, including stainless steel appliances, cookware and polished countertops. Perfect for whipping up family meals and then sitting down together at the adjacent dining table to create some new memories together.

Wonderful- Clean Home-- in sunny Florida

We had a wonderful week visiting Watercolor, and staying at the beautiful Aqua Breeze. Our family has had an emotionally draining 2 years with close family passing away and ill. It was so nice to just relax, ride bikes, go to the beach, or oe of the pools close by.
Only issues were that the main TV didn't work-- the property management company did come a few days after reporting it. After not being able to fix it-- replaced it on the 5th day.
Overall... wonderful day

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay! We apologize we were not able to repair the TV and there was a delay in getting it replaced. We hope to have you back!

Good place for family getaway

House was clean and close to dragonfly pool. The check in and out process was very easy and staff were helpful during the booking process. The only issues we had with the house was the grill did not work which we did not know until after we bought several things to grill and there were a few lights and fans that did not work in the house. Overall a great experience for our vacation. Glad the homeowners provide bikes and golf cart to get around as the beach and the beach club would be a long walk.

Perfect Home!!

We have been coming to 30A for the last 20 years! We loved this home. It was beautiful and clean! It was about a mile bike ride to the beach and seaside. Our kids rode bikes everyday and loved having the golf cart. The house was perfect and we love water color property. Close to Publix and Seagrove Market one of our favorites to eat. Can't wait to come back again!!

BEST RENTAL HOUSE WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN!

We loved our stay at Aqua Breeze. Everything about this house is nice including the comfy is a beautifully decorated house (better than the photos even) with a nicely stocked kitchen. We also loved the location being near Dragonfly Pool and not far from Camp Watercolor. It was also very conveniently located close to Publix which was nice. The golf cart was a huge bonus and the bikes were like new and in great shape. So often the bikes that come with a beach house are old and rusty - not these. Our granddaughter also loved the outdoor shower. We loved the house being on the corner for privacy and also a nice breeze when on the front porch. Richard at Exclusive 30A was delightful to work with and very helpful when we had a date snafu. I would use Exclusive 30A and stay at Aqua Breeze again in a heartbeat!

Nice place to stay

Amazing House- everything was perfect

I have stayed in a few different houses, but this one was my favorite. I loved the location and having access to the golf cart was very convenient. The house had such an amazing open floor plan and it was impeccably decorated. The outdoor seating areas were so comfortable as well. I would highly recommend this house!

Perfect home for young family

We loved our time in this property! We have two young boys and had more than enough space. They loved the bunk beds, and the golf cart! These were both impactful for us as we had a fair bit of rain during our stay but with the space in the house, we never felt cooped up. The kitchen has everything you could need, beds are comfy, and the design was beautiful!

Clean Cottage

Aqua Breeze is a beautiful cottage with high end touches. The decor is picture perfect and SO VERY CLEAN! Pantry is stocked with all appliances and a top of the line keurig in the kitchen. Having the golf cart & bikes included is a big plus. This was first visit to 30A. While Watercolor is a lovely area (better than Seaside), you must understand that getting to the beach is not easy & requires lots of hauling of stuff to Watercolor Inn to access beach.

Gorgeous house - seriously looks brand new & the pictures don't do it justice. Water Color is so fun for kids. Mine loved Camp Water color. Be sure to reserve your beach chairs early as they do sell out. You can easily take the bikes over to Seaside for great places to eat & shop.

Simply Amazing!

This home was so clean. Furnishings were all high end. Kitchen was stocked very well and that was awesome because we love to cook. Location was great. Overall just a great house and we will be back. Cannot think of one thing that we would have liked more! Just an FYI, the 4 bikes are adult bikes for anyone traveling with kids.

We recently stayed a week in Watercolor in Aqua Breeze. The house is newer, located in the back of the development. The golf cart is a must have! The house was well-kept, but it was obvious the owners were thrifty in some of the furnishings. The bedding especially the sheets were flimsy. There kitchen has the basics, but nothing elaborate like some of the other homes we have rented. Overall, the house was adequate, but we would suggest a larger TV especially in the living space and perhaps one in the upstairs reading area.

Clean, crisp, and simple

Beautifully decorated. We loved the location. The beds were cozy and bedding was wonderful. Sofa was cozy. The home is by the dragonfly pool which I was concerned would be too far away from the beach, but it turned out to be just fine with the use of the golf cart. We enjoyed the quiet dragonfly pool. We were also able to enjoy a close jaunt to camp Watercolor to enjoy that pool for a day. We had friends that have stayed in 3 different places in watercolor and they liked our place the best! We would love to return.

We had a mother/daughter trip here: two moms and 4 girls and had a ball! The decor is beautiful (very clean and crisp design) and loved having a golf cart with bikes. Loved the location in WaterColor. Would definitely come again!

Great Watercolor property

Really enjoyed the home. Newer property and was great for our family of 5. Very clean and well maintained home. This home was at the end of the street but noise level was fine. Only complaint was this was our first time to the area, and we felt like the property management company could have provided more information about the area, things to do, etc. At times we had to keep asking to get information. They should also send out the app with all the details more than 48 hours before you arrive so you can plan more. Overall great house but property management company needs to step up their game.

Fantastic Home ... absolutely loved it!

We are very picky and absolutely loved our stay here! I would recommend this home to any of our friends. The owners have done an amazing job decorating. The beds are super comfortable! The three porches (two covered) are so nice. Out the master is a porch with a swing cushion. Two of the showers had double spray heads - which is an added bonus. The use of the golf cart is essential for getting around watercolor. It seemed like the cleaning company did a great job because the houses smelled fresh and clean when we walked in the door! You will be very happy if you book this home!!

Watercolor vacation 2019, 43 Aqua Breeze

The house and community are beautiful. The house was just a few houses from The Dragonfly pool, which we enjoyed. We have stayed in Seacrest in the past and had closer proximity to the beach. Getting to the beach, even with the included golf cart, was inconvenient to us. We also found the beach to be overcrowded in comparison to Seacrest. Again, the house and neighborhood were wonderful. We just prefer being in walking distance to the beach.

Lovely Home

The house was the perfect size for us. The upstairs was perfect for the kids to have their own space. It was decorated well with comfortable colors and felt like home. The management sent several emails to make sure our stay was as easy as possible. Check in and check out was hassle free. I will recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Relaxing Thanksgiving Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Aqua Breeze #43, the location, bikes, and golf cart provided all we needed to be close to everything to enjoy our vacation. Only issue we had was with the main TV remote not working properly and the property management company assisted us in finding a solution for us to watch all the big football games during the Thanksgiving week. I assume this will be/has been rectified for all future renters - be sure to ask or you will be changing channels from a closet.

Perfect Place

We have traveled to the 30a area for several years, and usually stay on or across from the beach. This year, we booked a home in Watercolor, and discovered this was the perfect place for our family! We enjoy staying active so the bike ride to and from the beach was perfect - not too long, but kept us moving each day. We rode bikes to Seaside almost every day or evening where there is so much to do. Our teenagers each brought a friend, so they all enjoyed the freedom of biking around Seaside as well.
The house is so beautifully decorated and clean! The owners spared no expense on comfortable beds and pillows, and we slept very well. There was plenty of room for our party of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The washer and dryer were very nice as we kept them going all week. The outside shower area was wonderful and helped us minimize sandy floors when coming in from the beach. We had a little trouble with the dishwasher, but maintenance came and took care of it right away and even started the load for us while we were out. They also happened upon my husband struggling with the gas grill and replaced the lighter switch right there on the spot.
This place was so perfect for our family and I can't imagine staying anywhere different from now on. We look forward to booking again soon!

Great Time at WaterColor

Very nice. We were very fortunate to have nice weather and only a little rain. My only complaint was it would have been nice to have more parking. Beds were comfortable and I loved having the 2 screened in porches. The balcony was nice as well.

Dear owners,

We enjoyed our stay and thank you . You home is lovely and we would have returned frequently as it in a terrific location, beautifully updated, and you have done a magnificent job with comfortable and very tasteful furnishings.

Our departure incident however was appalling.
At 0930 this morning I went for a brief walk while my older child was packing the truck.
At exactly 10 am this morning, the housekeepers arrived and, without asking for me, threatened my children that they must leave immediately and if they did not there would be a 25 dollar charge every 15 minutes.
My son and daughter invited the housekeepers inside as �Dad was not back from a walk and they can begin� but they refused and continued to threaten.

I have stayed at watercolor since it�s inception...literally.
I have never been treated so rudely and will never allow a housekeeping crew (or any other) to threaten my children.

We were exemplary tenants but we will not return. I hope you correct the issues for your next tenant.

Aqua Breeze is a wonderful home in Watercolor

When my husband and I go on vacation, our goal is to find a home that is at least as nice as our own home, and Aqua Breeze accommodated that wish. The open floor plan, the serene aqua colors, and the super comfy beds all contributed to the relaxed atmosphere we desired to have on vacation. This home also has two screened in porches: one for eating and one for hanging out. Plus, the open porch off the bedroom upstairs was a perfect spot for an afternoon nap or morning look out of the day.Another feature we liked was the cozy, quiet spot at the landing at the top of the stairs. It was perfect for reading, napping, or gazing through the many beautiful books that were throughout the home. The home came with a golf cart and nice cruising bikes which allowed us to scope out the neighborhood, run errands to the Publix, stop by the bookstore, head to the beach, or check out the pool. It's great when you can leave the car keys behind. I am so appreciative of the owners who put their touches throughout the house to make it a wonderful place for others to enjoy while on vacation.

Good experience . Negatives, ants on counter. Need more kitchen towels. Hot water was not hot enough. The light at the number 50 was not cut off and shined thru our window. Need black out shades down stairs.

A Slice Of Heaven
