All homeowner needs are handled through the Homeowner Relations Desk – a central point of contact that simplifies communication and ensures that homeowner needs are handled promptly. Every homeowner has access to the Exclusive Owner Portal where you can oversee bookings and commissions. We also send monthly statements and performance updates, so you know exactly what you earn each month.

Responsive Communication
We rely on technology with a personal touch to manage bookings. Guests can book over the phone from 8 am – 11 pm central time, or 24/7 on our state-of-the-art website or through a third-party channel.
Our reservations team members are experts about every home in our 30A property management program, and they have a knack for matching guests to the perfect vacation rental. Someone is there to pick up the phone when a guest calls, and we respond to emails almost immediately during business hours.

Other tasks that involve ordering parts or significant repairs above and beyond everyday maintenance will be reported to you.

Sleep Experience
Linens are another area where we’re different. We do not require our homeowners to buy into a linen rental pool, which has an upfront cost and ongoing payments. Instead, every home is outfitted with two sets of fine cotton linens that provide a heavenly sleep experience for 18-24 months.

We are experts in making 30A rental homes stand out in our competitive market. New furnishings and designer touches can help earn more for your vacation rental. Our team of interior designers provides free consultations to new homeowners. We also manage procurement and design with no upcharge.

In addition to age limits, our guests pay top dollar and are responsible for all damages.
