All homeowner needs are handled through the Homeowner Relations Desk – a central point of contact that simplifies communication and ensures that homeowner needs are handled promptly. Every homeowner has access to the Exclusive Owner Portal where you can oversee bookings and commissions. We also send monthly statements and performance updates, so you know exactly what you earn each month.
We rely on technology with a personal touch to manage bookings. Guests can book over the phone from 8 am – 11 pm central time, or 24/7 on our state-of-the-art website or through a third-party channel.
Our reservations team members are experts about every home in our 30A property management program, and they have a knack for matching guests to the perfect vacation rental. Someone is there to pick up the phone when a guest calls, and we respond to emails almost immediately during business hours.
We’ve developed a robust booking email rhythm to ensure that guests have all the information they need before, during, and after their stay. Guests also have access to the Hospitality App by Glad to Have You with details about the home and the area.

We also complete weekly, monthly, and annual rate reviews that allow us to make manual changes based on our extensive experience in the 30A rental market. This in-depth, house-by-house process compares past performance and competitive data to maximize rental revenue and consistently deliver year-over-year growth.
Our success depends on the satisfaction of homeowners who entrust us with the care and management of their homes, and we take that responsibility seriously. Every home is inspected before and after guest and homeowner stays, guided by our in-depth housekeeping checklist. We follow and exceed the Vacation Rental Management Association’s cleaning guidelines for the comfort and safety of our guests.
We also perform comprehensive monthly maintenance inspections. Our team takes care of straightforward tasks such as replacing lightbulbs and filters, unclogging drains, and tightening doorknobs immediately. Other tasks that involve ordering parts or significant repairs above and beyond everyday maintenance will be reported to you.
Linens are another area where we’re different. We do not require our homeowners to buy into a linen rental pool, which has an upfront cost and ongoing payments. Instead, every home is outfitted with two sets of fine cotton linens that provide a heavenly sleep experience for 18-24 months.
