Every vacation rental in our portfolio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each visit to give both guests and homeowners peace of mind.

Here are the steps we take between guest stays to give you confidence that your Exclusive 30A vacation rental is clean and safe:

• Our properties are thoroughly cleaned and santized to exceed county guidelines for vacation rental companies.
• Housekeepers wear masks, gloves and splash goggles as an added safety measure for both staff and guests.
• Bedding is sanitized and changed between guest visits.
• We use such EPA-approved disinfecting products such as Lysol®, Microban® and SURF-CIDE® on all major surfaces and pay attention to all high-touch areas, including door knobs (inside and out), lockboxes or electronics lock panels, elevator buttons, stair railings, telephones, light switches, remote controls, arms of chairs, refrigerator door handles, sliding door handles, toilets, faucets and knobs, clothes hangers, and touch screens, to name a few.
• The rental is inspected after the cleaning team is done.
• Our staff is trained in proper glove and mask procedures, and follow CDC guidelines for hygiene, including proper hand washing.
